Leo ~ Unifying Mind and Heart

When the lioness comes knocking in the Leo season she is leading us to harmony and balance through the inner well of strength.  She comes with her wild eye’s, inviting, invoking, infusing us, with the courage we need to approach our lives with wild abandon.  She breathes permission to consciously step into the realms of giving less fucks so that we can truly and deeply live our truth.. Yes family, the lioness has got our back!!

What are your hearts true desires?  Are you living them right now?  Or are you swimming in a sea of ‘should do’s, have to’s and want to’s?’

“Strength is the Quality which is present in me when my mind and heart are working in the same direction”

Often anxiety arises because our mind and our heart are at war.   The heart is saying ‘I’m not happy in this situation’, and the mind is making deals, often for survival or security.  They are incongruent, and because they are not aligned with each other, life has become wayyyy more complicated and confusing! You feelin me?

So how does one begin to bring in these hearts desires and align them together so they become one beautiful painting on the canvas of life? 

First, we need to get our mind and heart working in the same direction.  We need to strengthen the muscle of discernment to identify which desires are not in alignment with our soul's purpose.  Some desires may be a ‘not right now thing’ so they can be put on the 10-year goals list while you gather the recourses and tools to strengthen your right now purpose filled action list.  

Know that, no matter how it may seem right now, your talents and abilities, your heartfelt soul longings & your soul needs CAN work together for your highest good!  The key is our creative imagination, if you can image it in, rearranging it until it fits, you can totally create it and make it a reality.

You're a bloody magician!!

You, my friend, are the weaver of worlds, you do it every day as you think, as you daydream, as you speak.  Our right now moment, was created from yesterdays persistent thoughts, daydreams, words and actions. 

No matter how shitty it may seem right now, you can re create it!

This is where the lioness comes in, how are you using your conscious mind, to reconstruct your reality? 

Call in the courage of the lion/lioness to be fierce about living YOUR best life.  You didn’t come here to this big blue watery mass of excellence we call earth to live your life in should’s, have to’s and what if’s.  You came here to take your soul on the ride it signed up for so let's go family!! It's freedom time!

In the medicine woman tarot, the strength card is the ‘healing’ card.  Perhaps right now you know you need to make some massive changes.  Maybe they require looking at some deep emotional stuff that is not easy to look at.  Perhaps your life is on a loop, & you're dizzy as all get out from the spiral.  Now is the time to call on the lion/lioness of strength to come and help you heal.

When we stand in front of our fears, with the wild abandon of a lioness protecting her cubs, we tame the beast.  The beast is the mind that is in a story, stuck in a loop, keeping us bound to limiting concept of self or other.  But here’s a new story, and the moral to it is that when we stand with strength and tame the thoughts, feelings & desires that are not congruent with our purpose we have tamed the beast.  The beast then becomes a friend and now we can walk forward knowing we have stepped out of control/contraction/fear and into mastery which is freedom & healing. Freedom and healing do not come by creating fear walls to keep the boogie man out.  Freedom comes by tweaking our perspective, turning our fears/pains into our friend. 

When we do this we gain dominion of the kingdom within.  We begin to live from our deepest ‘Yes’.  We begin to weave our desires and paint them on the canvas of our life like Lionardo Devinchi!   The good news is that your not Leonardo, your YOU, there is not two of you, no one else can be you and without you this fractal we call the universe is not complete.  What is your purpose, to be you, to give .less fucks, to be brave and live your deepest desires while being kind to all other beings.  Be courageous, connect to the earth, live from your heart and absolutely you will find the healing that is calling your soul in this time of Leo.

Cancer ~ Redefining Success & Taking Rest

“I am a point of synthesis for the Divine Plan which expresses successfully in my life”.

 

Here we meet the halfway point in the wheel of the year. We have toiled the garden of Life and planted the seeds of our desires and dreams in the fertile soil of our hearts and we've taken appropriate actions to make them a reality. Now is the time to rest and reflect in the successes that have sprung forth from our intentions.

One’s power to will is the momentum that drives our successes… Desire takes charge of one’s life and willpower kicks in to make dream Reality.  Essentially, willpower is the chariot that is driven by mental discipline and directive.  The card for this month is the 'Chariot' card in traditional Tarot, in the medicine woman Tarot it is 'The Warrior'.  In this post we are going to explore the wisdom offered in the tarot to help us better understand how to walk consciously through personal and collective growth while Sun is in Cancer.

Within your personality are unique aspirations, needs, dreams, skills and ways of being. These unique expressions of who you are also serve as a mirror and reflection of Supreme Creator manifesting Itself through you.

There is a Great Cosmic Plan in motion right now of which we are all participants!

Coming back to the picture of this now moment.  This year, as the wheel of the year kicked over, we set our wishes, dreams and goals.  At each turn and crossroad we have sought guidance from within about the next appropriate action to take.  It has taken great courage and discipline and now is the time to rest…

Rest in the glow of a job well done.

Success, which is what the chariot is all about!

 

Which brings me to the question: “What is success, for you?”

For me personally, success is living in harmony with the seasons, having beautiful friends and family to share life with and enjoying life’s simplicity without getting caught up in social projections about what I “should” be doing… Success for me personally is taking steps to share my gifts and be of service to the Great Shift happening through the planet right now.   P.S (I'm super excited to share my new program 'cycles of success' with you!  Coming soon to Vancouver in August and Australia next year!)

The point of these questions is this; if we have worked diligently, using our arrows of mental discipline to make the changes and show up for our dreams, the wheels will be turning on their own right now... Maybe your focus for success has been to kick a habit in the butt; or change the way you think about a particular situation; or end a relationship; or master your self-care routine; start a business; birth a child… No matter how small or large your intention, you have been a warrior in your own life and no accomplishment, no matter how seemingly small, should go unrecognized or uncelebrated!

Now is the time to acknowledge the ways in which you have used your mind to create the reality now before you. Take this turn of the wheel to reprieve and reflect… To identify the successes and triumphs and give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done! The point of life is not to perpetually keep burning through it to get to a destination (Yeah, we all have big goals that might happen one day, but burn out is the least sexy thing on the planet…)

The point is to walk in self mastery, self care, communion, connection and play along the way; to connect our roots deep into the Earth that we live on; to celebrate and rest and be inspired when inspiration comes!

So here at the midway point in the year, where we celebrate the Winter Solstice in the  South and the Summer Solstice in the North, we find ourselves re at the point of reflection.  I invite your to check in and ask yourself these questions:

  Where in life do I need more balance right now?

 

 Am I giving my power away to others?

 

Am I giving my power away to my past or getting caught up in the past?

 

Am I so focused on my goal that my self care is suffering?

 

Am I using my mind to weave the reality I want to live in tomorrow?

 

Cancer is ruled by the moon, La Luna, the governor of rhythms, the mover of the tides

She rules the subconscious and shows us what is hidden in our darkness. The darkness is only scary when not illuminated. When we turn the light on we become aware of what we are actually dealing with; then we can make appropriate decisions about what to do about it.

The month of cancer is a time to turn inwards, to align with the feminine aspects of life; to replenish, rest, check in and realign. Every month the moon goes through what the sun goes through in a year.

As woman, your body is going through the same cycles as the moon, even if you’re no longer bleeding. Each month, humanity has the gift (men included) of illumination. I encourage you to use the solstice energies to draw towards yourself the life you truly want to live...

Your mind can be your weapon, your wand & your greatest tool for personal evolution/success

 

You choose, sacred warrior, how will you use the tool your mind when emotional circumstances come knocking at the door of your heart?

 

Cancer is a water sign. Water, respectively, symbolizes emotion and transformation.

Emotion: Energy in motion is perpetuated by the thoughts we think and the words we speak. Every thought and word sends out unseen waves, energy, that builds momentum becoming the emotion and feelings of today, tomorrow and so on and so forth.

What we do with our emotions, how we use them and how we relate to them when in watery cancer is especially important. Recognizing and acknowledging the relationship we are having with what we are feeling and how we are participating in it helps. You can choose to sit with this for as long as you like. I recommend just observing… Don’t try to change the emotion yet, just be present with it.  There is nothing to fix, just witness yourself without getting carried away in story.

Gemini ~ Sacred Union Within

Gemini, commonly known as the twins in astrological realms is known as the 'ecstacy' card in the medicine woman tarot.   

 

"Lovers Finding their Spirit within, Unite in Ecstacy".

 

Finding ones Spirit within is key to attracting our big love in life.  Wether that big love be an individual, a career, passion, purpose or service to humanity, unity within is the core ingredient to living a life that is both inspired and passionate and grounded and productive. 

So many of us spend our lives investing time and energy in another person/profession/thing (especially people!).  We pour our devotion, time, patience, money, adoration and make deals with ourselves about their behaviour.  Often thinking 'he/she just need more time, skills, love, to heal, to overcome their addiction, to let go, etc' the list is endless.  OR we spend our time thinking that WE need to change 'I just need to go and get another healing, then it will change my point of attraction. 'I'm just too needy'  'If I could just learn to not blow up when I'm premenstrual we ill be ok'  Sound familiar???

When we are looking to someone or something outside of ourselves for our sense of validation, success, acknowledgement, love, wellbeing we are looking outside of ourselves to find a feeling of completion.  Living in the illusion that the outside world fills the inside void.   

When the sun moves into Gemini, we are being gifted with the opportunity to consciously work with the ways that we are not really showing up for ourselves.  Relationship and self love, are an inside job and this is the gift that Gemini brings.   Woooshing on in through the information rays of our beautiful sun & the element air (Gemini is an air sign) we are gifted with the balancing of opposites.

Duality is the experience of extreme opposites.  Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, Light and Dark, Masculine and Feminine the list goes on and on and on.  Duality becomes a problem when one aspect of reality is at war with the other.  We have the war against evil, the constant struggle between good and bad, right and wrong.  If we are constantly measuring up what is right and what is wrong we are in a state of duality, and of judgement.  We are at war with ourselves and the world around us. 

We are both shadows and light, even if we like to think we are perfect, we are not.  We are perfectly imperfect and the sooner we come to terms with our shadows & our light and embrace both the better off we will be! 

The sun is not at war with the moon, they work harmoniously together.  Positive ions dont judge negative ions as wrong, they generate energy together.  Yin and Yang create a whole.

Gemini invites us to bring into the light the ways that we are living in a state of duality. 

 

We are being ushered into unity.

We are 50% Divine Spark Mother, 50% Divine Spark Father.  50% Mum's DNA, 50% Dad's.  Within this body of skin, muscle, organs and bone is also an entire matrix woven & loaded with information to assist you in the discovery of your magic and your dance with yourself as Divine.

No matter what body we were born into, or what we predominantly identify with, we are all both masculine and feminine.  What I'm about to share is about your relationship with the masculine and feminine harmonizing and balancing within you.

The Feminine energy is naturally attuned to Spirit.  The Masculine energy is naturally attuned to the Needs of the World.  The feminine is given form through the masculine principal providing a container for her needs to be met.  The masculine is given inspiration & guidance from the feminine in her flow.  As we balance our inspiration & guidance by attuning to the needs of the world we find equilibrium.

When the forces within us unite, through daily practise we no longer see the outside world as a force against us/hinderance or something that needs to be changed in order for us to have a sense of unity and peace of mind.  

We have drawn goodness from both aspects of ourselves.  We have gleaned amazing gifts and recourses from the outside world through all of our experiences both good and bad.  The lessons, the love, the play, the trauma overcome, the skills, the parts of ourselves we fought for that have caused us to have epic personal and spiritual growth.  The outside world has drawn goodness from us by providing a mirror of desire, experience, passion, drive, focus, lust, beauty, pain.  The outer and inner worlds have now become your university and you have a plethora of skills to glean from! 

When we can begin to see how the seemingly opposite forces are working together to create one unit, we can begin to create more space in our daily practise of life to bring into balance both.  Self care encompasses both our physical, emotional and spiritual needs.  Our practise is to both work and play, the think and feel, to be and do.   To be our own lover, to turn our finger from pointing at people or situations outside of ourselves and point it back at ourselves is to be a radically self responsible human, this my friends is really empowering!!! At the end of the day, we come in alone, we leave alone and along the way we find union by seeking first the balance within.  The sooner we turn our attention away from what our lover or the world needs to give/do/be in order for us to be happy & just take our life into our own hands we become a self fullfilling, self pleasuring, intergallactic warrior of all things RAD & we are connected to the Divine essence that we are!  All of the answers you need are there inside of you!

Taurus ~ I am the mediator between my inner and outer worlds

Taurus, Venus & the Peacemaker! 

Taurus is ruled by Venus, which means we are being imbued in all the glory of sensuous delight.  Venus inspires embodiment through sensuality, love, beauty & the 6 senses.  She guides us towards more pleasure filled ventures, showing us how to make self care our first priority.  When venus comes knocking she is inviting us to step into more sovereignty and create our empire with the magnetism of the womb portal.  

Venus guides us to enjoy the sensuous pleasures of life, yet not give our power away.  She shows us how to have a new point of attraction to attract to ourselves the lovers, the jobs, the care, the friends & the open doors that are aligned with the Goddess within us.  We must be listening with radical abandon to allow Venus’s guidance to penetrate our lives, which is the gift we are being offered this month through the PEACEMAKER archetype.

Over the past few months our beloved Sun has been through the signs of Pisces “Grandmothers”, where we took a deep dive with intuition and were shown what is possible when we connect to our infinite self.  During Aries “Command”, we have been immersed in the creative fire of Mars to take actions and put in place the supportive structures so that our intuitive ideals and idea’s have a home to birth from.  Now, as the sun now moves into Taurus “Peacemaker” we are being supported to bring our highest visions into creation by listening to the guiding voice within.

When we learn how to connect with our inner mediator, we are learning how to walk in alignment with the guidance of our inner voice.  Knowing when to speak and when to be silent, when to wait and when to act is an essential ingredient to leading a Spirit lead life.   Our words weave open doors in the realms of creation, opening up energetic threads for the conversation to continue in the energy body long after the conversation in person has completed.  Allow the peacemaker to be your guardian this month and save your battles for the ones worth fighting, energy is precious!! 

When I look back at the most hurtful/unfortunate events in my life, my inner voice was guiding me to stop and take another path.  It was me, willfully choosing to not listen, that got me into the situations that lead to the train wrecks I have created in the past.  Most of the time it was because I was not walking in sexual sovereignty or personal sovereignty.  I had no idea how to be embodied in the midst of anxieties, indecision, desire or the immense sexual drive that has always flowed through my body. 

It is such a journey to learn how to walk in self care!  My self care practice includes regularly wrapping up my inner maiden, loving her softly with compassion for her wild adventures.  She's awesome and rebellious and I love her fiercely!  Now vowing to protect her, by aligning with the voice within, as she guides me forward.  Because I know, that no matter how much courage it takes to trust her, its sooooooo empowering to find safety in her sweet soft, yet fierce guidance.   

Earthy Taurus, brings us assistance to ground in what we have been dreaming into being though inspired actions that make practical what we have been pondering in the mental spiritual realms.  

Our highest visions become creation when we work with Taurus and our inner guidance.

Have you ever herd the saying “You are not being rejected you are being redirected”?  This is what the peacemaker does for us, s/he redirects us, sometimes through tough love. 

At the time it hurts, we want it so badly that we destroy it, attach to it & create stories around it before we observe if it's the best thing for our overall wellbeing.  We have the free will to choose, to walk in awareness or just jump in head first!  There are no wrong answers, and you will not be punished by a big guy in the sky for jumping in head first.   What will happen though, is that you will be redirected at some point to get back on track with your soul path.  

I’ve been watching my sisters raising their children,  the little ones are convinced that there’s nothing wrong with the sugar, the white rice, the box of sugary breakfast cereal.   They are convinced because they don’t know, they don’t know the consequences of what that sugar is going to do to their little brains.  So mumma is the mediator archetype here, tough love say’s “crack a tanty and cry my love, but I am making this choice for you because I love you and I’m protecting you.

Stop for a moment and breathe into this question:

 

How often to we really allow the universe to protect us?

 

Perhaps you are being redirected right now?  Heres an example: He/she isn’t calling, we make up a million stories, think up ways to allure them in,  accidentally showing up in the places you know they will be.  Throwing ourselves in front of the desired one instead of listening to the protection of silence.  Sometimes they are not calling because the universe is protecting us.

 

This leads us to the next key question:

 

How beneficial or non beneficial are the support structures you have put in place for Self actualization?  

What is Self actualization?  The dictionary meaning for actualize is to “make reality of”.  To make real what our higher Self is communicating.  So what does a support structure look like for the Self then?  Great question!  I believe it begins with self care practices, embodiment practices, and practices that connect us with our eternal nature like meditation & prayer.  

The peacemaker will constantly redirect us until we learn how to walk in the level of self care that creates a lifestyle that our most potent expression can be made real through.  It is our choice to engage with what ever we want to engage with.  The peacemaker (taurus) asks that we consider the actions/people/places/belief systems/mindsets/frequencies that we rendevouz with, because all of these things create the container from which we will bring our highest vision into reality.

The peacemaker speaks:  “I have been called the peacemaker, for I understand every side of every dispute and always bring the polarities into balance.  I realize that a suffering person suffers because she has become ready for a new higher level of being.  If you listen, I speak the way.  I am the book of Changes.  I am the Darkness of the Dawn.  I am the movement in the Dance of life.  Look to me for revelation of all things sacred.  These are the Unchanging within the changed.  You will hear me call you on to better things.  As you pass each chance for change, you will know if you have taken the right step.  You will know, for you will feel the presence of the Peacemaker inside yourself.  I am with you.”  

This month we are being guided to engage in practices that embody our amazing spirit and ground us into the playground of life so that we can be, do and share what we came to this beautiful planet to share. 

Start by listening, then take control of your choices by walking in self mastery, put excellent boundaries in place through both word and action.  If the potato is burning your hand, drop it!  You may watch it burn your hand for a while, until you realize that you can drop it, non of the less its in your hand and its your choice to be burnt or drop it and pick up something that is going to deeply nourish your life.  This is self care, this is embodiment.  

We are being guided by Venus the “goddess of sensuality” and the peacemaker the “interface between you and the world”.  We are being guided by Father Sun in his luminous teachings to rise above our habitual patterns of reactivity.  To take a deep dive into the sensuous and the Divine, to reclaim our body as our temple and our own, and to walk in the light of our being.   If your feeling a 'hell yes' to this idea I invite you to feel into joining Melissa and I in our "Sex, Yourself and Your Cycle" online immersion beginning June 6th..  

In closing, it is one thing to have wonderful idea’s (to see the highest vision), fantasies and dreams.  They give us hope and juice to keep doing what we are doing.  These are the seeds of your future health and wealth*.  You have in your garden a sprouting pot of idea’s, the seed is the the highest vision (pisces), the pot and soil is the structure (aries), now you must nurture this creation by taking command of your life, making your dreams a reality through practical steps.  Distribute the harvest of your bounty to where it will do the most good. 

Last month we gleaned from our skill set, this month we are distributing our skills where they can make the most difference in the world.  This is the peacemaker, guiding us into the heart of service for humanity.  The best gift we can offer the world is our true Self to the world.  There is a large portion of the world that is waiting for you.  

Share your gifts with those who are in your niche, your tribe, present your idea’s in a way that is palatable for those who will get you.  There is a lid for every pot my darling, there ARE people out there yearning for what you have to share.  Be authentic, be real, be kind, offer from your WHY, your hearts utterance (if you have no idea where to start, you might be interested in my Cycles of Success one on one coaching Program).  

Peacemaking is a fine art, its not about moulding ourselves into a container that doesn’t suit us.  Its about finding a way to communicate what we are about so that people truly get it.  Sometimes the path of peace is silence, sometimes more is spoken in the space between words.  Fill your cup with the nectar of life by listening for guidance, let the inner voice of guidance be the water that feeds your earthy garden of health and wealth.   Then take the ACTION that is most appropriate and aligned with all of the things that make your heart sing and your inner being feel loved, cherished and nurtured

Aries ~ I am the ruler of my life

On Tuesday 20 March, our glorious Sun moved into Aries, and the we celebrate the equinox, which is the official gateway into the 2018 new solar cycle.  At the equinox we reach the time of equal day and equal night, the entire planet is in balance! How awesome is that?! Sacred union right there bebeeeee!!. The sun and moon are equal in their shine, all over the world.  I would like to invite us all, this year, to enter into sacred union within by walking in balance, through both our masculine and feminine aspects. 

We just spent the month of Pisces connecting with Grandmother wisdom, becoming aware of what our intuition is guiding us towards.  As the Sun is now in Aries and we begin a whole new solar year we are being ushered into ACTION!  Aries (ruled by fiery Mars) is supporting us energetically to set up the structures that will create a container for our dreams to thrive in the physical reality.  The Medicine Woman Tarot Card for this solar month in Aries is the Command Card  (Taking command for the good of all).

Traditionally the Command Card in Tarot is the Emperor.  The emperor plays the role of implementing structure and form to create an empire that is working seamlessly together. 

He is expressed as “All Father” giving to his children the structure they need in their lives to empower them to become well adjusted, sovereign beings who are well equipped in the world.  A well equipped, intelligent, enthusiastic and conscious leader.

Putting supportive structures in place is how the universe is encouraging us to begin this solar year by allowing conscious leadership & inspired action to be present in our daily regime.  

By taking command of your environment, your body, your temper, your instincts, your love life, you are playing the role of All loving Father, The Emperor of our world.  We are both sacred feminine and sacred masculine, to manifest the dreams that are in our hearts, we need to walk in sacred union within. The emperor is the empress’s consort, he is the mars to her venus, her lover and compliment, civilization to her nature, imposed order to her creativity.   He creates a place that her gifts can be expressed from, a launching pad!!! 

Think about what you learnt from the entire solar year last year, right up to the last new moon.

You have been on quite a journey, read many books, acquired knowledge through your experiences (even the painful ones), you have met people who have changed your life, you have studied what your interested in (even if its the colour and texture of a flower).  A good emperor/chief/creator knows how to take the many abilities, talents and experiences and turn them into an act of service.  Guaranteed, wether you can see it or not, you have something that the world needs, that you can use to bring your dreams into physical form!

Your thoughts and images dictate your reality.  You must take command now.  It is time to make decisions that benefit your whole being and that of the Earth, your dwelling place.  You are the maker of your personal law.   Our experiences create an imprint on our consciousness, what ever meaning we attach to our experiences generates a suggestion to the consciousness that is accepted without reservation.   This is what it means to create our own law.  You define what you see, all day long, without thinking.  Realize then, that you have a choice in your definition, in your response to any situation.  This is your point of power.

Perhaps you have a big dream in your heart, and it invokes a fear in you.  The fear is usually defined by your past experiences in this lifetime or otherwise.  When we re write our reality, and we align with the creator/emporer on the throne of our lives, we are choosing to re write the laws that have been defined in our minds.  Take stock of your limiting beliefs by past by stepping into the knowledge that there are exhaustless riches and limitless substance to draw from in any given moment.  Build your empire upon the laws that you create for yourself from an expanded, infinite universal view point.

We live in a world where we push push push, we have tuned out of what it means to live in flow with life.  Basically it means if a door is not open to us often we obsess and enquire and bang on the door, setting up camp outside the door until it opens.  This is not in the flow, its in resistance which is contraction not expansion.  The doors that are open, are open for a reason, perhaps they lead to the door you want to open opening up?  My point is, the emperor in intelligent leadership uses the force to get more of what the empire needs.  Take advantage of a flow that is already strongly moving in your life.  Do you have a strong current of money, sex, time, energy?  One or all of these or maybe a couple.  Then ask yourself, how can I use what I have flowing in my life now, to create more of what I am manifesting in my life this year?  Work with the flow of live, consider the season you are in (spring or fall), consider location, living situation, the country, planet and the overarching theme that is around you.  Use the elements to dive deeper and generation more of the gifts that are flourishing.

No matter what situation you find yourself in, there are always forces at work, powers already in action.  Find a way to use them for the greater good, to bring better fortune in your tomorrows.  A loss is always a new freedom as well.  A gain is a stepping stone.  The challenge you are given by a life situation is an opportunity to perfect a skill/quality you will be happy to have later as the Great Plan of the unfolding the universe is put before you.  You are a warrior in training.  Never complain about an opportunity to hone your skills.  Go forward from the fullness of your being, harnessing this amazing Mars energy (the god of war) to punch through the layers of your life and take command.  Look for the rainbow when its raining and the sun when its cloudy, all the while keeping it real and being compassionate with yourself.

Look at your deepest needs and desires, in what already happening flow or energy can you place them? 

Stop embracing struggle.

Kick Goals ~ The Feminine Way!

This is the year of Self Care, of Balance & of Manifestation!!

We women work so bloody hard, caring, nurturing, envisioning, and oftentimes, we lose ourselves in the quest to care for everyone and everything.  Well not this year beautiful one!! I have some gems for you to inspire and keep you connected to your juiced up self, while you kick your goals.  This year we are moving out of survival into thrivival!! First lets get real about what is reality for most of us, chances are you clicked on this blog because your burnt out, OR your ready to really get ahead while being intimately connected to your feminine flow.
 

It is innate in us to have a vision for life, to take daily steps to build our dreams, support our community, tribe and family & to build a beautiful nest for our future.   That's why this year is the year we remember how to use our magical feminine power to create, trading self sacrifice for self care and taking back our sense of inner wellbeing therefore our power!!!

Many of us have not been taught how to truly and deeply care for ourselves while we are caring for others and building our dreams.  Often we forget that, through the power of intention, all is unfolding as it should.  We forget that the cycles of nature are in our favour and that life is unfolding from the inside out.  So we burn ourselves out time and time again because we are repeating learnt behaviour.  Due to past experiences in ourselves and past generations we have survival woven into our dna which means that our neurology is wired to wake up and do what is necessary to survive.  We get lost in the rut of action & reaction.  Sometimes being more in service to our to do list & the needs of others, than we are in service to our well being (which is the well spring of life).  We have traded the prayerful life where we walk supremely connected to our inner wisdom, for the A-Z steps to success. 

And we find ourselves burnt out, reacting, depressed, laugh less, and dry, time and time again.  The to do list has over taken our most intimate prized possession, us.  Yet if we take the time to recalibrate and reconnect to the incredible portal of power within we can truly take our power back and re integrate with the ways of ancient wisdom that create entire worlds!

Now is the perfect time to start afresh. 

The first few weeks of the ‘calendar year’ while we are in capricorn are usually reflective, we take stock of last year, see through the illusions and get clear about what we are focusing on this year.  As we move into Aquarian energy we are moving into ancient wisdom, knowledge and the wellspring of breakthrough in our thought life.  The sacred chalice of wisdom is being poured out on the earth & if we practice exquisite self care now is the time to translate and download all the juicy goodness that keeps us vibing high and living a vibrant, free life that is connected from the inside out.  Then my beautiful friends, attraction & manifestation is on autopilot. Boom shakalaka baby!!! After Aquarius, we move into Pisces where we are being lead by the wisdom of Grandmother Moon as she reminds us how to create from the core of our being, in tune with the cycles of nature.. So you see, the universe is unfolding and supporting us to set up our year with power and flow!!!!  Here are some simple, foolproof steps to action now to kick your goals and take exquisite care for your lovely selfy... 

Here are 7 Simple Steps to Kick Goals & Avoid Burnout

1.  Move your body every day...  This doesn't mean pushing yourself in a left brain way, it means just move… Crank the tunes and dance around for 20 mins, walk, swim, surf, practice yoga, run, go to the gym… The key is ASK, ask your bod bod, ‘what feels light for our play time today?’  And commit to 20 mins minimum.  

2.  Plan According To Your Cycle...  Use your cycle to plan your work flow forcast for the week/months so you can be immersed in your bodies natural rhythms IN DA FLOW!! Literally. 3.   Nourish…  Fresh fruit and vegetables baby!  Eating fresh food from the mother earth connects us with the frequency of abundance.  While you eat notice how bountiful and blessed you feel, allow that provision to fill you with gratitude, reflect on the prana/life force that your food contains and receive in the depth of your being, drink in the Mothers love!.  Every morning when you wake begin your day with water with lemon to hydrate and cleanse your liver,  before coffee honeys!!  Nourish your skin, hair, and your smile by gifting yourself the care you deserve.  When you crack an egg, put the whites on your face as a skin tightening mask.  When you put honey in your smoothie put some on your face to plumpen your skin cells.  Lavish your body & hair in coconut oil (or black sesame if its winter where you are).  Every time you look in the mirror make friends with the person looking back at you, smile at her and tell her you love her (fake it till you make it if you must) 

4.    Your thoughts are your greatest ally… Be in vision…. Envision what it is you want to be, do, and feel this year.   Our body/mind/spirit knows no separation, if we think it, see it in our inner vision, then it is being woven into your tomorrows.  This is why its soooooo important for us to walk in self awareness, catch yourself when your caught up in story (past present or future) and ask yourself “is this in alignment with what I want to create this year?’  ... 5.  Set your alarm… Wake up with the sun and go to sleep before 10pm… Begin & end every day with prayer & connection… There are sooooooo many ways to pray, you can do it on your knees on your fave pillow with your silk shawl wrapped around you.  You can pull a card and light a candle.  You can do a jade egg practice connecting with your prayer.  You can place your hands on your heart and your womb and breathe. You can self pleasure and allow your orgasm to lift you into intimacy with the Divine.  You can walk in nature.  Practice a ceremony.  Find your way…  I hear you say “But I have 4 kids Jade, how am I gonna do that?”   My response to this is ‘how much do you want to change your life?’  “how important are you?’  ‘do you want to put yourself on the top of the to do list and feel like a queen or the bottom and feel like your needs come last?  Be the first to meet your own needs, then everything else is a bonus!   

6.  Remember that your pleasure is not optional… What is your pleasure?  Perhaps its layering your body in oil and stroking your body sensuously, maybe its booking in for a massage, maybe its spending a minimum of an hr a week making love to yourself and riding the waves of your orgasms.  What is pleasurable for one is different for another, but your pleasure is Not an option.  And an orgasm a day resets & balances your hormones!!! 7.  Attune to natures cycles… The sun, the moon, the stars and the cosmos are always assisting us.  As we work with the cycles of nature we are re connecting to our inner rhythms. Take time to reflect with sunrise and sunset, setting intentions and giving thanks, just be. We live in a society where we are burnt out because we have so much screen time, artificial lighting and stimulation.  We seriously need to reconnect!!! Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

Eclipses are major turning points for both the individual and the collective.

 

Their effects can be felt for more than 3 months prior to and a year after the eclipse period.  That’s some profound and serious transformation!!

I don’t know about you, but I’m still noticing the shifts after last years eclipse season, and here we are for another round!!! The sign that the eclipse is in always offers us awareness of the over arching theme that our cosmic friends are guiding us to embody, embrace and bring through as a collective.

Our Sun is currently in Aquarius, the water bearer, who’s over arching theme is coming together as a collective, to be in service to humanity from a whole new level.  Paired with the fact that we are now in the age of Aquarius (big vision focused) we have a powerful cauldron for rapid transformation brewing this month! 

In the Medicine Woman Tarot the card that represents Aquarius, is the GrandFathers

Traditionally the Star card in the tarot over arching theme is ‘Ascension’.  It has been a practice of our ancestors for many many eons, especially in tribal lifestyle, to look up at the sky and say “Thank you GrandFather Sky”.  We look to the Stars for guidance, for comfort, for our prayers to be answered.  Some believe that every star represents a forefather who has mastered what he/she came to master, they have remembered that they are pure light and returned to the stars to emanate that light through out all of the galaxy.  How cool is that?! When we walk in the knowledge that we are here for but a moment on this glorious and supremely beautiful planet we can walk with gentleness, kindness and commitment to our ascension.  

But what does ascension really mean?  According to the dictionary it means: the act of rising to an important position or a higher level.  My interpretation is that ascension means is to remember ourselves as light beings & to rise to that remembrance. 

According to the Medicine Woman Tarot’s GrandFather teachings, we are here to remember who we are, to wake up from our long sleepy amnesia.  As we embrace and embody the teachings that the Grandfathers left us by calling in the ancient wisdom to our present experience, we are awakening within a long dream.  There is so much information contained within light, this glorious light that the moon shines on the planet at the full moon we are being powered up to get on with what we came to this planet to be, do and share.  This full moon eclipse is an invitation to move beyond our limitations and really embody the being of light that resides within.  This is really powerful!!!!!  The sun and moon unite in their vision to see us, the children of love rise and rise and rise again

Here are some simple idea’s to assist you in receiving more cosmic guidance and support this full moon:

 

1.  Pop your crystals in a glass bowl & water and put them out in the moon light, you can ask for them to be programmed with the information you need for this coming season in your life.  Or you can be specific with your intention.

2.  Take your mirror outside and face it up to the moon light, ask the moon to cleanse all projections out of your mirror and release all negative energies that may be attached to or within your mirror.  Ask that your vision of Self be renewed so that you can embody and remember all that you are.

3.  Take a glass bottle, pour some water in it, bless the water with your prayer, request or intention.  Then put it out in the moonlight to be amplified.  Every morning for the next few days, start your day by sipping the water and affirming that it is done!!

Equinox Blessings

Here we are at the equinox, the time of equal day and equal night, where Mother Earth is in the balance with Father Sun.  Lunar and Solar, night and day, are balanced.  The equinox means different things for different people across the world, for some its the beginning of spring and the movement from darkness to light, for some it heralds the harvest of the year past and a time when we are moving into the deep rest of winter.  For some its the jewish new year, for some Mabon, for some Beltain.  But no matter what you believe or practice, for all it is a time of balance.

In my opinion celebrating the wheel of the year is key to understanding the nature and wisdom of the Feminine, the Great Mother of all.  When we live in accordance with the cycles of nature and walk with respect and presence for her in her cycles, we realign ourselves with the very fabric of life on this beautiful planet.  For many of us we have become disconnected from our feminine way of being which makes the equinox a most welcomed opportunity to come out of the linear mind of working hard all of the time, striving towards our goals and burning ourselves out.  We are being woo'd by the Mother of all creation to come back to balance and truly live our lives from the rhythms that nature intended for us to live.  I invite you dear reader to re align with the cycles of nature, and in doing so come back to balance with yourSelf too.   It doesn't matter if you are masculine or feminine, we are all children of Mother Earth and we all need to come back into alignment with the feminine aspect of Divine through the seasons & truly reconnect with and reclaim our sovereign domain.

Lets take a look for a moment at the wheel of the year and the main celebrations to see how they reflect the Sacred feminine to us:

Winter Solstice:  The seed of the Sun, carrying the consciousness of what we need to birth or create in this coming wheel of the year, is planted in the womb of Mother Earth, to develop within the darkness.  We are resting in the depth of winter, when the day's are shorter than the nights, when we are in the 'womb of mother' replenishing, resting, allowing our deeper darker side to be tended to.  Winter is a time of nourishment and rest, preparation for the year to come.  The solstice marks the shortest day when the sojourn towards the light has begun!  The archetype of the crone, or the wise woman is celebrated during the winter months.  I love working with Hecate who holds the lantern in the darkness and assists us through the shadow lands of the long night (sometimes this is the dark night of the soul).   This also reflects the dark moon turning new, and the time of our bleed.

Spring Equinox:  The first sign of growth appear above the surface of the Earth.  This is celebrated by acknowledging sacred marriage between the masculine (action/consciousness) & feminine (nurturing/nourishment/creation).  This is a time to reflect upon the seeds of consciousness that were planted during the winter months, to plan your inspired actions to nourish these seeds, tend your garden, and plan towards the harvest to come.  The spring reflects the archetype of the maiden/celestial virgin, I love working with Aphrodite who is the Goddess of Love, sensuality and beauty, she is magnetic and deeply feminine.   This is reflected in the waxing moon and the time of our follicular phase when the womb is being flooded with hormones to build the nest in preparation for ovulation.

Summer Solstice:  The celebration of fully grown blooming vegetation occurs, as we acknowledge the ripe fullness of Mother in the Summer months.  This is the time when we recognize and give thanks for the blessings of intentions manifest.  It's a time of engaging in inspired actions that support our dreams and goals as we tend the field with the energies of summer supporting us...  The summer solstice brings us to the point in the year where we recognize that we are preparing for the days to become shorter and eventually cooler when autumn comes, so we make the most of daylight hours and dance with the light of life!  We also know that we are about to descend once again into the womb of Mother Earth when winter comes, this time to transform and let go of all that is no longer needed to die.  The archetype that reflects summer is the Mother/Earth Empress, who is ripe and full and nourishing for her children.  I love working with Demeeter in this phase as she is the Earth empress and the mother of Persephone who spends half of her life in darkness in the underworld (autumn and winter) and half of her life in light (spring and summer) with her mother.  Demeeter holds space for us in our darkness and our light, teaching us how to do this for ourself creating sacred union within.  This time also reflects the time of ovulation & the full moon when we are ripe, magnetic, full of attraction and sweetness, like the fruit that grows in summer.

Autumn Equinox:  Its harvest time!!!! The seeds that were planted in winter have grown, they have been tended, celebrated, enjoyed and now we fully celebrate and surrender to the period of rest that comes with the months to come.  We draw closer to the sexual fires of mother earth in the cauldron of her womb (fiery molten lava).  As we glean the wisdom of the past months and release the stories, the experiences and the left overs from the feasting of summer, as an offering of love we gift back to the cauldron of the great Mother, allowing her to transform the gifts and the pains, so that we can drink the broth of this wisdom during the winter months, letting it warm our hearts & grow our conscious awareness of Self and integrate with life once again.  This is the archetype of the enchantress/maga/medicine woman I love working with White Buffalo Woman in this time as she shows us how to walk prayerfully through life's transitions, giving thanks for the seasons past and gleaning the wisdom that has been gifted to us.  This is also the time of the waxing moon, and our luteal phase when the nest in our womb is releasing the hormones in preparation for the egg to be bled out during menstruation. 

Ways to celebrate the Autumn Equinox:

 

• Write a gratitude list for the things that have ocurred in the previous seasons from the winter to now
• Start a gratitude journal, gratitude for what has been today will create more of that for the days to come!
• Restore balance in your life, do a fall clean in your home, throw away the things you don't need, create space for more nourishment!!! 
• Begin something new, write a list of everything you have been wanting to do but have been too busy to do during summer.  From your list choose your top 3 and begin to take actions towards them every day
• Go for a drive/walk and take in all of the colours of the autumn that reflect the womb of mother in her reds, golds, browns, yellows.  While your there collect as many beautiful representations of autumn that you can to build an alter that represents your harvest.  Leaves, twigs, feathers, flowers, crystals, herbs, candles 
• Make a pumpkin soup and prepare a harvest feast to celebrate and give thanks to Mother Father creation for the gifts that have been bestown over the past cycles.
• Do a yoga practice or meditate to create balance in body mind 
• Reflect on the aspects of the Feminine that Autumn reveals and write down how they manifest in you
• Create a let go list, build a fire spend the night/day prayerfully tending to your inner fire's of passion and transformation.  When you are ready hold up your list to your guides, give thanks for the lessons therein, call the violet flame of transformation, give thanks for the completion of contracts and burn your list.  As the list burns watch all that no longer serves being transformed in the flames of the fierce and fiery Mother.

Ways to Celebrate Spring Equinox:

• Reflect on the journey you went on in your inner landscape during winter, write a list of the seeds that were planted in the soil of your subconscious mind.  Write down 4 main awarenesses that you had that changed the direction of your thinking/life.  Perhaps during winter you had ahaaaaa moments about the direction you do or don't want your life to go? Write them down.  Now is the time to do your visioning to follow through on an inspired action plan that will support you to follow through in the action supported with the energy of spring.
• Go for walks and observe the new life springing forth around you, take in the new smells and the flower buds, see the new growth as a reflection of you and your life blossoming with new beginnings as the new season flourishes, so are you flourishing.
• Plant a garden, or new pot plants to reflect the new life springing forth
• Buy yourself some flowers
• Create a spring alter
• Cook up a feast and gather with your favourite people
• Spring clean your home, yourself and your wardrobe
• Do a cleanse, start a mostly raw diet or go for a retreat somewhere amazing
• Spend time in the sun daily (sun smart sun time of course hehee)
• Buy a new journal to plan your light filled months of action and inspiration.  
• Plan your summer holiday, book the flight, the hotel, campsite or what ever it is
• Give yourself permission to dream the dreams that are in your heart and step into your zone of courage!!! 
• Write your intentions list
• Ponder on how Spring reflects the feminine, how she speaks to you uniquely and do something creative to express this.  Write a song, poem, paint, draw, decorate your house etc.

As we celebrate and embrace the equinox this year, no matter where you are on the globe, may you also celebrate and reclaim the seasons of your life past and present.  Every experience, every story can become nourishment for the garden of your life to grow.  As we allow the seasons to work their magic in and through us we are growing and glowing towards our unlimited nature.  For wombed ones still in their menses we go through these 4 seasons every month in our bodies, for all other feminine beings we go through these 4 seasons with each phase of the moon.  Each time we move through a phase, and we celebrate, let go, surrender and allow we reclaim all that we are and restore balance to our world.

THE LIONS GATE PORTAL OF MANIFESTATION

On the 8/8 every year, a cosmic gateway of ascension opens up to assist humanity in their journey to remember what we came to this planet to create, be, do and have.

This gateway is a manifestation portal where we have the opportunity to amplify our gifts, intentions and dream a new dream for earth and humanity.  What the????? Stay with me, get your head in star trek mode and come on a cosmic adventure with me for a moment.  

While the lions gateway is open we have a powerhouse of opportunity, combined with the eclipses the door is wide open to release that which is limiting so we can embody our unlimited, infinite light being self!!! 

Some of us are going through a really tough time, as the cosmic bodies have come together to create a massive boom of personal and collective expansion, change and growth.  This can be so full on!!!  We are all going through it, some are experiencing strong symptoms as a result of the eclipses and the accelerated growth that is upon us.  I hope this post bring nurturing to your heart, that as you read you are wrapped up in light and that the river of sacred feminine nourishment fills your heart beloved brothers and sisters… 

Through this cosmic gateway we are being fast tracked to where we need to be.... It seems that duality and the dance of consciousness (unity) is indeed a choice right now, it takes concerted focus to really say yes to let go of the old and bring in the new.  Courageous choice and focus on what we do want to create.  (Which is why we are offering ceremony so that we can collectively shift gears) ... Many of us are at a pivotal moment in our lives, we have the choice to step in and up into our gifts and shine or to continue to live the stories of the past & stay in limitation and the pain body.  These powerful waves of light (consciousness) are accelerating this process, so lets make the most of it... 

So what is the lions gate?  

On the lions gate the earth aligns with the galactic centre, and teams up with the star Sirius opening a bridge between the physical and the spiritual worlds here on earth.  Sirius is currently bathing the earth in power and opening us up to our highest potential through new streams of consciousness...  Showering us with the light codes of ascension, mastery, and evolution... Time to tap into our limitless nature !!!!

We are constantly creating our reality through the stream of consciousness that we are choosing in any given moment.  The thought stream we are choosing to engage with in and the stories we are telling ourselves become our point of attraction.  So be a thought ninger!! Kung fu thought master… Watch them, laugh at the ridiculous ones, acknowledge the painful ones and choose the ones that you wanna ride into the reality you wanna create…  For yourself and the collective...

Right now we are being bathed in the light of the sun (in leo), which rules the heart centre, which means we have the opportunity to really heal old wounds and step into forgiveness..... We are all unique expressions of the Divine in physical form & this lions gate portal is an invitation to meet ourselves in this sacred place, saying 'hell yes' to the Divine woman/man within, rising above the pain and allowing our hearts to heal and lead.   

Within each of us are hidden/latent gifts we have not yet recognized. Within each of us, our DNA holds keys to our unlimited and very powerful nature.  Did you know we actually have 12 strands of DNA?  We only use 3… Thats a whole lotta hidden potential right there!!! 

As the surge of light occurs on the lions gate between 8th and 12th August,  that which is laying dormant/asleep in our energy field will be activated and reawakened via the high frequencies being sent from the Gallactic core and the Sirius star system.   The ancient sites on the planet will be activated along with intentions/prayers (past present and future) that have been infused in the crystal grids on earth…  

There are many reasons why 8/8 is such a potent time of the year, every year…

In numerology

8 is ruled by Saturn & is the number of manifestation, success and harvest.  We have been planting seeds of intention in the fertile soil of our minds and through the inspired actions we take in our life.  Now is the time to harvest, to reap the rewards of our hard work, by fine tuning our frequency and aligning with our intentions!!! 

8 is the number of the mystic, enabling us to merge our material world (saturn) with our deep Spiritual values with integrity and focus.  It is where the material and the Spiritual merge to create success in ‘the new paradigm way’.  Bye Bye dodgy system there is a new dawn emerging!!!! 

Saturn in it’s shadows can connect us to a feeling of being stuck, of lack, sorrow, victimhood, poor me, what’s the point, the world is fucked yadayadaaaa story land.

In its light Saturn bestows strength and clarity, the ability to make integrous decisions by zoning out and seeing the ‘big picture’ from ’non attachment’ this is not hippy jargon, it means  disengaging from emotional drama and seeing what is really going on.  At this time in history (herstory ~ mother earth) we all need to make choices that consider the big picture for sustainability and longevity of mother Gaia.

the 8th house is ruled by scorpio and mars and is the house of sex baby!!!! The 8th house is where we learn though relationships, where the school of hard knocks and blissful union projectiles us forward in our evolution.  The 8th house dynamics teach us how to water and nourish ourselves in relationships to support us on our journey through life, sometimes through the contrary (which is why this time is really intense for many) 

Birth, death and rebirth is scorpio’s thing, through sex and relationships.  All relationships ultimately lead us to the rebirth of our own soul, if we will allow the ‘death’ to occur….. Sometimes ‘breaking up’ is breaking all that doesn’t work… Life is made up of cycles and cycles of mini deaths and rebirths, as we learn to surrender to the let go, the rebirth of ourselves becomes the sweet nectar, the sunrise after the dark night when you look out over the landscape with a sigh and say ‘Holy shit what a ride that was!’  Ultimately leading us to that oh so victorious moment when we can look the one who hurt us in the eye and say “Thank you so much for this experience, you are the best thing that ever happened to me, I am now my own most intimate investment. The 8th house also governs ‘shared resources’, collective projects, unity consciousness, community, inter dependance, inheritance, co-creation, support from others.  As well as shared societal pressures, idea’s, laws and concepts.  Its about how we relate within this paradigm as it currently stands.

There are many of us right now who are experiencing the restrictions of this current monetary ‘system’, the laws of the land, the crown, the state etc.  The positive thing that is coming through is that we are collectively waking up to the fact that the system as it currently stands is not sustainable.  As these light waves come through during August, we have the opportunity to collectively dream the new paradigm into being.  Our bodies are the conduits of this light, we are literally portals of creation.  Instead of bitching, moaning or being a victim to the current system I invite you to join with those of us who dare to dream something different into the world.  Be a sacred rebel my friend, a renegade of light!!!   ???

As we choose to birth conscious communities, rad businesses, fun exciting gatherings that empower us and lift our frequency.  As we reach out and help those in need, to forgive and heal our inner demons.  As we choose to entertain this powerful mind with constructive, progressive, solutions based thoughts.  As we open ourselves to choose the activities, jobs, and people that opens our heart to the ‘fuck yeah’ factor.  We are choosing something different, we are citizens of the earth, not citizens of the law, and we can choose what ever the fuck we want in this free universe!  With love… And integrity… And unity…And kindness… And no matter who you are, or what you may have done in your life, All are invited...

Some questions to ask are:

“What quality of day to day rituals am I engaging in?”

“Am I contributing through my habits or being a parasite?”

“What value code do I really live by? and “Are my actions backing up my value code?”

“Am I choosing to feed the stories of the past & indulge my pain body?”

“Am I weaving the story of todays opportunities, acknowledging the story of the past, acknowledging the pain body for what it has taught me & moving forward.  "Am I making a conscious choice to really truly open up to the potent opportunity that is before me to create from my thoughts today, to let go of the past and be present here and now today?”

How we live today is what really matters, because today creates tomorrow.  This doesn’t mean being a puritan and abstaining from evil eating only apples and judging the world who doesn’t live like you.  How are you REALLY living in your thought life?  Do you wish the best for all of humanity?  Is there a war going on in there?

This is just my opinion, but seriously, who cares if you eat apples all day if your standing in judgment?  

Choose fun, put down the apple, go out and live and as the Aussies would say “be a good cunt”… Its your frequency that counts, its the kindness we show, walking in compassion for our brothers and sisters, helping a hand, being mindful of our consumerism, the rubbish we are producing, in our homes, our business’s and our thoughts and words.  Its choosing unity consciousness rather than separation and the ‘them vs us’ ‘him vs her’ ‘us and them’ mentality… Its being a contributor not a taker…  

In the tarot

8 is the Strength card, which speaks of using the wellspring of our hearts' strength to walk in the mastery of our passions and desires.   This is not about deprivation of life's goodness, passion and lust, this is about being in mastery of life’s juiciness and activating our will, connecting to our values to engage in actions that truly nourish us, our loved ones and the collective.  Taming the wild beast, with love, compassion and presence. Then you will find that you were free all along!  The cage door was wide open the whole time.. 

Animal Medicine of 8

And finally, 8 is Spider medicine, yeah that’s totally weird hey?!  Not really, plants hold a frequency that create the medicine, so do animals… The spider weaves its webs Divine, guided by intuition, connection, patience and creativity.  Each thread that Spider spins is intricately woven with intention and focus to connect one strand to the next knowing that the weaving of the desires and dreams happens in the darkness of the night.  This is symbolic of the darkness, the ‘underworld’ of our light Self, our shadows and the shitty aspects of our humanity that don’t feel so comfortable.  It is the hardest moments of soul pain in the darkest hours that ‘death to what doesn’t work occurs.  Projecting us forward into what we truly need on a soul level.  By embracing our imperfections (shadow nature) we can begin to weave the webs that create the nest for our soul to rest and to be fed.  Just like Spider in her web.  

The Spider is feminine in nature and many indigenous cultures refer to her as such.  She reflects the ‘creatress of life’… She connects us all to our sacred feminine energy through her lessons, which is what our earth and her inhabitants so desperately need right now.  To surround ourselves with individuals who walk in integrity with the sacred aspect of the feminine. 

As a collective our thoughts and prayers are the threads of the Spider, together they are weaving the mandala of what we are co creating.  As we connect our hearts to the heart of the Sun, the Moon, the Galactic Centre, the Planetary bodies, to Supreme Creator, we are weaving the mandala of light across the planet.  

In this month of manifestation, we have the opportunity to weave this sacred web of unity.  To engage in a lifestyle of positive rituals and conscious choices.  Breathing in the Strength of the Sun and the Sacred Warrior Masculine who brings light and consciousness to all of creation.  (Learn more about the Sun here) By allowing our sensuous nature to weave the web of life through our Sacred Feminine wisdom of the womb, to bring life through our words and intentions.  This place where Consciousness and Creation meet and dance the dance of the Divine, we experience sacred union within and without as feminine and masculine unite in the cosmic revolution of light.  Then maybe, we will come out of the amnesia and separation we have been in and remember that we are indeed one and we are in this together…

Womb healing circle

Sisters I'm so excited to invite you to our August Red Tent Circles....

Recently we have been exploring the 'Magic of Menstruation' in workshop.  Which is just the beginning of diving into the mysteries of the womb and the infinite well of beauty & power that resides in our feminine body temple.  

For our red tent circle on the waning moon in August, we are preparing for the solar eclipse by reclaiming our womb as a place of creativity, as a portal of light and receptivity for what needs to birth on the planet.  Our South american grandmothers have handed down this very simple  "Rite of the Womb" ceremony, that has proven to clear old energies and wounding from the womb..

"My womb is not a place of fear & pain, it is a place of life, love & creation"

As we enter our virtual red tent we have the opportunity to transform and heal, to re connect to ourselves as a portal of life, creation and light.  To take back what has been stolen through pain and shame and to perhaps hear the voice of our womb for the first time or in a whole new way.

The 'Rite Of The Womb' has been handed to us at this potent time in history (herstory) when we so desperately are needing it.  The purpose of this "rite of the womb" is to remember our birth right.  We have the ability to create, to embody joy, power and love... This is who we are!!! We are creativity, embodiment, power and love!!!

The womb is our very own personal cauldron with the ability to transform all energy, no matter what it is, no matter what your story is or has been. Whether we are still bleeding or not, have a womb or not anymore.  If we want to fall pregnant or not.  This rite invites love into the very core of our being, and this invitation is for everyone.  

Over time and countless lifetimes of trauma we have been distracted from this.  

Its time to claim it back.  

In our very sacred container of the red tent, it would be such an honour to go there with you.

Let us release pain and fear from our womb from generations and timelines of abuse and beyond, for all of our relations.   It's time to replace the pain in our wombs with the qualities and possibilities of creation that is our true inheritance ..

The 'witch' wounding that ocurred between 1500 - 1800 has created a massive suppression and wounding in our place of our creativity & receptivity.  It was a gross misperception on behalf of religion.  

Women using herbs as medicine and healing their communities and families through their intuitive wisdom & guidance was deemed 'witchcraft' and has caused massive trauma in woman for being powerful, spiritually guided and intuitive.  Many women have shut down their personal cauldrons, demonized and painted black their womanhood in order to 'fit' in society and survive.   Your womb is your cauldron, it is medicine for life, for our communities, for the earth and most of all for ourselves.  It is time to claim it back!!!! 

This womb space is revered in many cultures, whether its called The tan tien, the Hara,  the emporer/ empress, womb space, spirit, centre of our being,  “gut feeling”, intuition- whatever you want to call it, this the seat of our sacredness.  Of our consciousness.

Our womb is the gateway to life.  Being a spiritual and emotional organ that actually moves with how we feel, it is time to honour her and release anything that needs to be released NOW.

On this potent eclipse month as we anchor our light pillars , it is essential we reclaim our cauldrons, our power, our right to be here, to take up space and OCCUPY OUR WOMBS!  It's time to release all that is not serving us ..  To give ourselves permission to really come into alignment with our Divine essence, and because we are womban, our womb wisdom is intrinsically linked to this transformation...

So, beautiful sisters, find some time to drop more and as much as you can from now until our circle - This  months red tent circle reflection is to tune into your womb  and ask her

Raise your frequency with the Sun

This luminous glorious ball of golden light that wakes us in the morning and injects us with feel good flavour, has been worshipped across many tribes, religions and people throughout time. Which is easy to understand seeing that the sun is one of our most powerful and all pervading presences in the galaxy...  This presence of the almighty sun is what has allured science, astrology and religion into lifetimes of devoted study as the rays of this golden ball of warmth, radiance and feel good frequency invokes a fascination, adoration and intrigue in humanity.  So what is this sun all about? On a scientific, spiritual, emotional and frequency level?  Why is its commanding presence so important for humanity, past, present and future? AND How can we use the Sun to raise our frequency?

On a scientific level

The Sun is the star at the centre of this solar system.  It is a nearly perfect sphere of hot plasma with internal convective motion that generates a magnetic field via a dynamo process. It is by far the most important source of energy for life on earth.  (Wikkipedia)  The sun is made of plasma, a gas-like state of matter in which electrons and ions have separated, creating a super-hot mix of charged particles. When charged particles move, they naturally create magnetic fields, which in turn have an additional effect on how the particles move. (Nasa)

The sun is our ever present guide who shines light on the earth.  Light is an electromagnetic wave, that can be measured in speed, length, amplitude and frequency.  These waves move in around and through matter, activating the plants and animals to participate in the process of nourishment and sustenance of the planet through photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is not just essential to oxygen production but to energy production, to convert solar energy into chemical energy and store that chemical energy for use when needed.... Nourishment for all beings bebeeee!!

On the spiritual/cosmic level

The sun (in astrology) is the bringer of light, prana, life-force, awareness, consciousness & creativity... The light of awareness (consciousness) invites us into a deep & enriching experience of life by illuminating the self, ego, our personality & our identity in this world … Our relationship with the Sun assists us to manifest who we are in this world & reconnects us to the core essence of our being… The core essence of our being IS OUR PURPOSE.. 

Your purpose in this world, is to fully embody and be you.  You (the you inside your body) are frequency, emitting waves of expression through resonance and sound, a unique resonance and sound that can be expressed & interpreted in a myriad of ways. When your do that, natural desire will arise to take action.  This process is an inside job that cannot be dictated by any one else.  It is through the light of awareness that we reconnect with our frequency, through moments of connection within.  

This light of awareness is the light that shines and pierces through the darkness of duality,  bringing us back to the experience of ourselves as unity consciousness.   Unity occurs when we realize that there is no greater or lesser, that we are equal, and that you simply are, I simply AM... I AM.. 

Now experiencing I AM is not as simple as offering 108 sun salutes, Om Namah Shivayaing until our lips turn blue like Shiva, eating all our veggie’s like good kids, hailing Mary Jesus and Joseph and abstaining from animal products… There is no magical recipe, or a book we can read to “get there”…. But we do have an ever present guide who’s devotion to shining the light and leading us forward will never fail… And there are STEPS WE CAN TAKE TO CONNECT & ALIGN US WITH THE SUN & THE LIGHT OF AWARENESS… 

Life is an intricate and beautiful web of layers and layers of moments of awareness which spark us to take action.  To change our ways, to leave situations that are not in alignment with our soul guiding us towards less limitation, more freedom.  

Have you ever wondered WHY the sun moves through 12 Zodiac signs?  He (yes the sun is believed to be masculine in nature, the moon feminine) has an intimate experience with each zodiac sign for a whole month on auto pilot for a reason…  The planets cycle and move and evolve for a reason… They are leading us to the ultimate remembering, returning us to unity consciousness and out of the perpetual dis ease of separation…

Numerological the sun is a number 1, 1 is the number of new beginnings. Among the nine single-digit numbers, the 1 takes a special place. From a spiritual perspective, it is the number of creation, the primal force from which all other numbers spring forth (as opposed to the often quoted zero from which, by definition, nothing could possibly come into being). The sun brings many health benefits,  when exposed to its rays we are imbued in life force & empowered with prana, our entire being is nourished, our cells are activated, our pituitary gland is replenished and repaired and our energy body (aura) is strengthened… This in turn inspires our will to engage in healthier more conscious activities that make us feel good..  The rays of the sun activate seratonin in the brain, the feel good happy hormone! 

Light through your skin cells tells your body how much melatonin to produce, when it gets dark your body is sent a message to start to go to sleep, 2hrs after light exposure... (This is why its important to shut down technology 2hrs before sleep)... 

Depending on your complexion 5-15 mins of sunlight a day increases your bodies production of vitamin D.  Getting enough vitamin D is essential for healthy bones & muscles, healthy cardiovascular system & mental health balance.

So when the Sun rises in the morning, infusing your body in Solar energies, and allow this to lift your consciousness. Allow yourself to be allured by the rays of light into a deep and intimate relationship with yourself, to receive & be all that you are, so that you can share your life with others from a full cup.  Build your internal fire, by choosing to expand your energy rather than contract it.  Solar energy is action baby!!! Bring it!

We are at a time in the evolution of humanity when the sun is emitting solar flares left right and centre, reading what we have just covered it is fairly obvious that this is for the point of evolution, to bring us into consciousness.  Into unity consciousness.  But first, we will see through the light of awareness, what is not working.  This can create massive disruption in the world around us.  Think of a hibernating animal waking up, not pretty!! You step on a sleeping snake and watch out!!! So, dear family, we must utilize this energy to be masterful in responsiveness, reacting less and getting out in nature to enjoy these light codes that are arriving on our planet through the cosmic highway of the sun.  Increased solar activity, means increased consciousness.   There are waves upon waves of light frequencies being emitted on the planet, to raise us up out of this mess we have found ourselves in... The way things are, is not sustainable, we are killing our earth, its time for the wake up.  This means we as the renegades of light, the frequency holders, we need to be super tuned into our pleasure, our fun, our mother earth, doing what makes us feel light and bringing this to the world, sharing awareness where we can from authenticity and love.  No pushing making wrong or shoving, BE the light in the world!!! 

We are approaching the lions gate and the eclipse pathway of August 2017, this is a potent time for the evolution of humanity.  We as a collective are raising our frequency, so that we can co create the life that we yearn for, take back what has been stolen from us and embody our true potentiality.  Now is the time to rise my sisters and brothers!! To the sun, our glorious Sacred Masculine shining the light of consciousness.

I urge you to see the sun in every male identified beings on earth, to honour that in him, no matter how he is behaving.  For too long we have focused on what the masculine is NOT doing.  Now is the time to see the immense power for consciousness in our brothers and to support them in bringing this out in them.  Men are Solar, they hold the codes of light within them.  Women are lunar we hold the keys of creativity, rhythm and flow within us, together we are the light of the world... We are all solar and lunar and as we honour the masculine/feminine before us for the light they chose to hold in the body they inhabit we will come out of this mess of duality and into harmony... Some are choosing to not be gender identified, you are sacred union within... We all are... Yin and Yang, masculine and feminine... 1. Deepen your relationship with Prana ~ Life Force, this allows us to enter into relationship with life itself!

Learning how to breathe correctly is perhaps one of the most foundational steps on the path of Self care.  The breath is life itself.  So many of us either have no connection with the breath at all, or shallow/chest breathe.  The yogi’s believe that we have a certain amount of breath’s in our incarnation.  Don’t hold your breath!! :)  This is why in yoga we teach the breath as the first step to awareness or a life of consciousness.  Think about this for a second….. 

 Prana is life!!!!!! Breath is life!!!!! 

I highly recommend we start by welcoming life through our breath…

Take an inhale, exhale….

Do it again…..

Let your breath be natural not forced…. Just drink in life through the breath…

Place your hands on your belly …. Bring the breath down into the belly, feel your lungs expand… Exhale and relax… Now staying relaxed breathe into your belly again, expand the lungs without forcing… Exhale from lungs, emptying the belly last…. Do this a few times... Inhale…. belly, lungs (expand into your side ribs)…. Exhale…. Lungs, belly….Notice how it becomes a wave of breath moving in and out life waves on the ocean shore… Notice how you begin to calm down, feel centred and at peace?  Here is a recorded 10 min meditation for you to download and have on your phone for your lunch break, or those moments when you need to come back to awareness through the breath… Next time you watch yourself going to sabotage, go back to the breath…

Practicing awareness is simply being the observer of yourself… Its like zooming out and watching your thoughts… When you begin to observe yourself, you will start to notice that a lot of your thoughts are gibberish and are not serving you… My question for you is… "If you want to create a really fun connected successful and abundant life, why are you spending your time thinking about things that will not nourish your cause?"

If you have ever practiced yoga, you will be familiar with 'salute to the sun'.  For those of you who are not acquainted with sun salutations let me introduce you to a body, mind, spirit practice that has the potential to transform and ground you bringing more peace and harmony into your daily life.  If you are going to introduce anything into your life, this is the one thing I encourage you to do, for 15 mins everyday in the sun.  Sun salutes lengthen and strengthen every muscle of your body bringing balance to your mind, your neuro circuitry, calming your mind, pumping your body with fresh oxygen and most importantly in context of this blog post, increases awareness and prana flooding your body and being with vitality.

The power of intention

I love my devotional time so much, every day is like an adventure as I go about my day living in question and response.  This morning I was inspired to pick up Wayne Dyers power of intention.   I LOVE his writing and as a lunar rhythmic woman of the moon cycles, I love living through the magic of intention.

First a little context, right now I started bleeding today, which means I am in the phase of wise woman.  Every month 3 days before our bleed, and for the days of our bleed, our wise woman takes us on a journey of integration.  Right now my wise woman is taking me deep into contemplation and digestion, I am digesting the previous cycle of learnings, growth, opportunity and expansion that has occurred since my last bleed.  If you want to find out more about these phases and how to work with them check out our free workshop here 

This month the earth empress archetype has been teaching me, urging me to really truly and deeply GET the nature of abundance and provision.  Its on autopilot!!!  Because we ARE nature! Our dreams and desires are bursting forth effortlessly from the beautiful balance of rest, digest, and inspired action.

The gift that comes from surrender, approaching life and our projects with simplicity & ease, creating more sensuous moments of self care, to nurture and nourish and align with higher frequencies. Creates more receptivity and more creative and inspired action and more time to truly and deeply rest and nourish.. Its a circle, a cycle can you see it?

I just picked up Wayne Dyer's power of intention with my morning cuppa and this really spoke to me, I wanted to share with you sisters... 

He is speaking about the field of intention being in everything, that there is no place that it is not, it is inside ALL life forms.

That intent is BUILT IN

"A tiny acorn that has no apparent power to think or make plans for its future contains intention from the invisible field.  If you cut the acorn open, you won't see a giant oak tree but you know its there.  An apple blossom in the spring time appears to be a pretty little flower, yet it has intent built into it and will manifest in the summer as an apple.  Intention doesn't err.  The acorn never turns into a pumpkin, or the apple blossom into an orange.  Every aspect of nature, without exception has intention built into it, and as far as we can tell, nothing in nature questions its path of intent.  Nature simply progresses in harmony from the field of intention." Wayne Dyer, power of intention.

If we are fractals of the womb of nature herself, then our dreams, needs, and desires are like the acorn.  They are built into the unified field of intention, birthing itself through us!

So my darling sisters... I would LOVE us to build on this and really deeply dive into gratitude and celebration!!!  It's the full moon!! Its time to celebrate our gifts and manifestations...

Every new moon we set intentions, 2 moons ago, we had an intention setting ceremony... Reflect on your intentions... 

What have you been gifted with?  an you see the shoots starting to peep through the earth where you planted those seeds? Maybe the universe gifted you with something you didn't expect but it became an integral part in the watering of your acorn seed?  

Write a list, share it, celebrate it, claim how amazing of an attraction, birthing, earth empress you are, so that it can flow through you and more and more and more can be created! Circles upon circles upon circles of sacred feminine mandala's being weaved through us stepping into and celebrating our greatness!!!

Why I sold my business, lived in my van and pondered existence for a year

Its #BusinessExpressionWednesday and today I'm feeling inspired to share a little more about my journey to get here in this moment with you now....  

Two years ago, I sold my second business with the intention to simply be...  To have an adventure and just be with myself... I had burnt myself out AGAIN from striving and doing business in a way that was really fear driven and quite masculine in structure.  When I say masculine I just mean linear, action orientated and results driven, which is good, but I was out of balance.... Waaaaaayyy out of balance!... I was a perpetual striver, striving, to be something, to live with purpose, to know my purpose and to feel accomplished, but it was from a place of lack... Which of course led to burnout... You probably know this story well?  

So I dedicated a year of my life to unravelling this fucking stupid program that was stealing my joy and robbing me dry... (Don't get me wrong, I learnt so much and I am so incredibly grateful for all of the experience, the clients, my staff, the support of my beautiful partner at the time to make my dreams into  a reality... It was awesome! But it ended in burnout ) .... I traded my 14 hour days in one location trying to get ahead, for living in my van and enjoying long days on the beach, allowing myself to do nothing, yes, nothing...  Yep my brain went through some pretty solid melt downs and arguments, but my soul won!

I gave myself permission to do, be and respond to life according to the pulse of my soul guiding me forward and onward, in a new way... For months in my devotion time, the reflections from the universe were simple...

I am enough because I exist....

 

Because I exist I am living my purpose...

I realized that by being brave enough to step out of the system of striving for a moment & to dive into my feminine nature, that the space that opened in me was so wide and broad that I was able to really tune into the energy of receiving... Receiving information, love, rest, play (loads of play), sacred romance with mother nature, hot steamy nights with beautiful lovers, long luxurious days, sunsets with my family and friends playing music at Watego's watching the sun go down over the magical Northern rivers in Australia...

Sometimes I would feel guilty, And still the universe kept whispering

"YOu are living your purpose"...

When I really got it, deep in my Spirit, things shifted gears.  I was able to then engage in inspired action... From a place of union within, a place where Divine information and love connect and start a fire that needs to be expressed.. In writing, song, or what ever expression it is...

I wrote, I sang, I shared circle with my amazing sisters (online circle is the bomb for gypsy gals, seriously so grounding).  I studied, more hahahaaa.  And I learnt how to truly self care...  I began the birthing process of the sacred women movement, and I surrendered to that still small voice within me... 

Thats why this is 'sacred' business expression wednesday.  From the well of existential purpose (the purpose in being) creative passion builds.... And there is something so magical about the expression of that, it is our gift to ourselves, because we are giving our heart and soul permission to speak...

From this a new journey for women has birthed through me... A way of living and being in business in a feminine way, that respects and honours our cycles, that creates time and space for our depth, our seeming inconsistency (which by the way is not inconistent, it is "Feminine Consistency"....  Feminine consistency mean we are consistent in our cyclic nature, our phases and our sensitivites... Do you see the moon trying to be consistent like the sun? No!!! She's on her own program, and creating so much healing on the planet!  And so will you my sister, when you embrace your rhythmic nature.

The Medicine Wheel and Your cycle

Are you familiar with the medicine wheel? I'm so excited to share this wisdom with you today!!!! I hope you find todays post truly transformational, medicinal and self empowering. As you use this wisdom each month for your cycle and your sacred time management planning, your life will absolutely become synced in awareness of the natural cycles. You will be aware of receiving assistance from our ancestors, and the wisdom of the 4 directions. I'm calling this version of the medicine wheel "The sacred law of 4 ~ The Feminine Wheel of Life"...

Before we begin it is with the deepest respect that we honour the keepers of this wisdom. We acknowledge the sacredness of this work and thank the ancient ones and the star people for making this wisdom available to us, the tribe of many colours, sacred women in service to the divine. We thank you Great Spirit Father Sky, Mother Earth & Spirit Tree for the wisdom and guidance you bestow in our hearts as we walk this sacred path of life.

The ancients used medicine created wheels as places of prayer and ceremony. Working with the 4 directions in this way brought the people of the tribe into alignment with the 4 elements, the 4 directions and Grandfather Sky, Mother Earth, Grandmother Moon & Father Sun. Inside the medicine wheel was a map of each person in the tribes birth, their shadows and their gifts & the medicine totems they needed. It brought peace to their land and ushered in powerful transformation until the white man came (or the christians in the case of the celtic people).

We are co creating life with all of nature, all of the time. Wether we are conscious of it or not, this life is a co creation. Our life is our ritual, our art and our service to the greater good of all of the cosmos. When we live our lives in this sacred way, our actions become our prayers.

It seems only fitting that our final lesson is bringing our intended lifestyle into alignment with our cycle & the cycles of life through the 5 elements. But first some history about the medicine wheel.

The medicine wheel is a symbol that represents the circle of life and death.

Historically, the monuments were constructed by laying stones in a particular pattern on the ground oriented to the four directions. Most medicine wheels follow the basic pattern of having a center of stone, and surrounding that is an outer ring of stones with "spokes" (lines of rocks) radiating from the center to the cardinal directions (East, South, West and North). The Medicine Wheel and the Four Directions

The Medicine Wheel, sometimes known as the Sacred Hoop, has been used by generations of various Native American tribes for health and healing. It embodies the Four Directions, as well as Father Sky, Mother Earth, and Spirit Tree—all of which symbolize dimensions of health and the cycles of life.

The Medicine Wheel can take many different forms. It can be an artwork such as artifact or painting, or it can be a physical construction on the land. Hundreds or even thousands of Medicine Wheels have been built on Native lands in North America over the last several centuries.

Movement in the Medicine Wheel and in Native American ceremonies is circular, and typically in a clockwise, or “sun-wise” direction. This helps to align with the forces of Nature, such as gravity and the rising and setting of the Sun.

Meanings of the Four Directions

Different tribes interpret the Medicine Wheel differently. Each of the Four Directions (East, South, West, and North) is typically represented by a distinctive color, such as black, red, yellow, and white, which for some stands for the human races. The Directions can also represent:

• Stages of life: birth, youth, adult (or elder), death
• Seasons of the year: spring, summer, winter, fall
• Aspects of life: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical
• Elements of nature: fire (or sun), air, water, and earth
• Animals: Eagle, Bear, Wolf, Buffalo and many others
• Ceremonial plants: tobacco, sweet grass, sage, cedar

The Sacred Law of 4 & The Feminine Wheel of Life 

It is made up of 4 sacred circles, that represent the circle of life, they merge together to form one beautiful flower...

The 4 directions North, South, East & West, along with the 4 elements; Earth, Air, Fire, Water.. The 4 seasons; Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn. As well as the 4 Archetypes; Crone, Maiden, Mother, Maga. And the 4 phases of the moon; New, Waxing, Full and Waning.

When we work with the Sacred Law of 4 we are working with the of the earth, we become finely attuned with the natural rhythms & cycles of life both within and without. This in turn brings immense harmony & insight to our earth experience. The sacred law of 4 is considered by some as earth astrology and provides a platform/map for our lives.

A medicine wheel can be created for any cycle, a year, each season, your whole life!? For this exercise we are learning how to create & work with the medicine wheel for our menstrual cycle, integrating the elements explained above. Over time you will begin to experience each of the elements in your very unique way, as you will also experience your cycle in your own very unique way.

Finding feminine consistency is less about linear schedules and more about cyclic schedules.  Creating your month according to the energies and archetypes that support your journey.  Beginning your month after your bleed with inspiration, goal setting, dreaming, building to optimize  your ovulation phase, then moving into the transformation phase where you can transform, heal and prepare for the deep let go and dreaming that happens with your cycle...  We women have super powers and when we tune into the rythms that nature intended for us we get so much more done in much less time... Creating ample time to rest, replenish, be wild, be soft, snuggle up, seduce our lover, dance in the rain, work on our project, play with our kids, and put our best foot forward... 

The point is, the feminine wheel of life is making the transition from doing it on your own, to doing it with life, with the help of the 4 directions, the Goddess, the mOon, the Sun, the Stars, and the wisdom of our bodies!

The Gift Of Easter for Earth Lovers, Christians, Jewish Queens & Pagans

This time of Easter is one of the most powerful portals for Change, Rest, Replenishment and Reflection.  

We have just celebrated the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere & Autumn Equinox in the Southern. Both are the celebration of equal light and equal dark, where we find balance within and without.

What a perfect time to pause this easter weekend, to reflect and to engage in sacred reflection. To recalibrate for the coming season of Autumn or Spring (depending where you are on the globe).

The gift of the seasons is constantly leading us deeper into the nature of the sacred feminine as the wisdom of our Earth Mumma moves through our land, our bodies and our hearts, if we stop, breathe and listen.

Last night I was reflecting on easter season & how beautifully it honours so many religions and beliefs... But you have to zoom out and see it from the view of the observer! Then you will see the gold! 

The awareness I am about to share with you got me feeling so connected to a bigger picture of ancient wisdom & I hope it gets you juicy too!

Originally, before christianity, easter was the time when the goddess Ishtar was celebrated. She's one of the goddess's of love, sex & fertility. This explains how the rabbits and the eggs made their way into our easter baskets! Ladies of love, this is your time!

In the northern hemisphere the pagans & natives celebrate the coming of spring. It's time to plant new seeds for the coming cycle. Its a bit of a thing for the nature worshipping folk to gather baskets & fill them with bounty & decorated eggs as a symbolism and ritual that our seeds of intentions are being planted in the waking earth. It is a time to celebrate the passing of winter and the cycle of deep sleep and death. With deep gratitude for Creator for a safe and provision filled winter. The balance of dark and light has come and the new beginning of the wheel of life has started spinning!!!!

Yeaaah Haaaaa! Fill up your baskets ladies, its time to celebrate! The bunnies are a symbol of fertility, of the creative energy in our wombs. What is your deepest desire to create this cycle

For those of us who are in the northern hemisphere I encourage you this weekend to fill your metaphorical basket, to create an alter or a sacred space that represents the seeds you are planting for the year ahead. Journal and give thanks for the coming phase in the wheel of the year and write down your intention or manifestatiion list. Dream big sis I give you full permission, listen to your heart and write down anything that comes, no judgement! Then write a list of gratitude for all that has just come to pass, the lessons you have learnt this year so far, the things you have let go of to create more space for the new you to emerge.

In the southern hemisphere we are celebrating the harvest, the passing of summer, the days are finally cooling down bringing rivers of refreshment & a welcome relief for the long steamy hot days. Its a time to celebrate the harvest, the seeds that you planted in Spring, that came to fruit in summer that you are enjoying now. Its time to pause and prepare for the winter, for the time of letting go and allowing all that is ready to die to die. Its time to prepare for the great rest. To rest, to let go so that you can fully embrace Spring when she comes forth again. The winter reflects our bleed, the time when we go within, its time to hibernate, to recharge and replenish. I encourage you to write a gratitude list, a surrender list and a sacred self care list to prepare you for your pause in the cooler months.

Easter is also a time of honouring and giving thanks for Christ Consciousness and the eternal evolution of the soul, for the gift of new beginnings. This beautiful man Jesus is honoured for all that he came to teach, for the gift of his presence that came to share. To be a Sacred Rebel & shake up the dark ages style of religeous piousness that was causing so much suffering (and still does today) ... Most of all He came to bring us back to the heart & to forgiveness.

As we pause this weekend, may it be a time of expanded hearts & offering forgiveness!

Passover is a time of gratitude for Supreme protection, the warmth of family and home and heart. Of devotion and how this drawing close to who ever you call Creator is a profound and deep protection against darkness.

Here we see the Sacred Masculine in Divine protection, forgiveness, courage, selflessness and surrender. Bringing Consciousness to our Creation. Bringing action to our dream.

So now here we are lovelies, some of us in the Northern Hemisphere, about to enter into action that the longer days bring. Some in the Southern about to enter rest that the shorter days bring. Yet all with the light of Father Sun and the provision & creation of Mother Earth guiding our hearts & our womb wisdom. Together this month and this weekend in particular we are all celebrating Sacred Union within. We honour the balance of light and dark, masculine and feminine, planting and harvesting, nurturing and letting go, working and resting.

No matter what you believe in, we can all gather so much wisdom from each others practices, we are one tribe, many beliefs and colours walking the path that is sacred to us. You are sacred to me dear sister! May your easter be truly and deeply blessed....

Discover Your Pleasure

I wanted to share with you all as sexual shame can be a dark skeleton in the closet that blocks creativity & liberation... We need more amazing men & women who are completely free to embrace their pleasure with no shame in this world... Sexual Shame suck man! Its so 1950's!!!!

Hi my love... Thank u so much for sharing and being so brave!!!! Yes you are a sexual healer sister... What a gift!

Firstly I would like to give you permission to take all wrongness away from your ability or inability to 'orgasm'... Society places so much glory around the big O... Yes its wonderful to experience, but there is nothing wrong with you if you don't, or if you cant right now... Its not the be all and end all...

I see a gift and an opportunity here...

The opportunity to crack open all preconceived ideas and social pressures about how the act of sex should look, how it should end...

I hear a yearning deep within you to connect with your own pleasure... This is the yearning of the Goddess to meet with you... To greet you where you are at... To bring to the light of awareness everything that is holding you back from experiencing the expansion and potency of your being... To experience the power and potency of your unique sexual expression... And to experience the power and potency of creation herself through your sexual energy...

What if pleasure had no limit? What if it didn't LOOK like anything in particular... ? If you had no preconceived ideas about the way it SHOULD look, how would you greet your body? When would you touch her? Where would you touch her? When? How does SHE want to be touched?

Create a clear intention e.g I am a multidimensional self fullfilling pleasure warrior (teeeheee that was mine for a while, it changes, but that was a powerful permission to give myself a few years back, because of that I now have no shame in calling myself a sacred slut!! I'm claiming it, where others made me wrong and I allowed them to I no longer feel shame about the potency of my sexual energy, my history or my desires but thats another thread all together!)

You are correct in saying the healing must occur within before you share this sacred offering w others... So... I encourage you dear sister to unravel your own pleasure first by asking yourself the questions asked above... Write them down, then journal... Then take action... Start with your clear intention for your pleasure practice... Then begin to respond to your bodies yearning, how she said she wants to be touched, how you would like to touch her... Bring union in through the breath...

Notice there is a difference between intent and intense, let this come from the softness and expansion of your intent... Be the observer as you caress your body, as you indulge your pleasure...

Ask the question when resistance comes up 'who does this belong to?' ... Then thank your mind for sharing and come back to your pleasure practice... Come back to your intention for your practice...

You might feel comfortable to just stroke your belly and massage your breasts and gently tickle your yoni... Take all of the need to orgasm away... Simply be with your pleasure... It could be as simple as rubbing coconut on your body in the sun?...

Pleasure when indulged in lightness, expands, the tickle becomes a deeper exploration, it becomes an opportunity to experience your universal Self, to experience the Goddess within... It becomes a potent portal of manifestation, for self love, self nurture, therefore abundance...

Pleasure when indulged in wrongness with a bunch of 'should's and shouldn't's), we contract, the tickle becomes a playground for the mind to run off with a bunch of stories and shame and wrongness...

So I encourage you to find your pleasure today, to dive into the lightness, play and expansion that the experience of pleasure brings you... To release all wrongness about wether or not you can orgasm, fuck that off for a while and just be there with your sacred beautiful Self, the breath, and the primal force of Shakti, the Goddess alluring you into the temple of the ancient and glorious feminine essence... Add up 2016 and you get 9, 9 is the number of completion, we have the opportunity to wipe the slate clean and re-create our way of relating with the world around us.

I don't know about you, but this excites me no end!  Being a cosmic adventurer who loves to expand my experience of the world I am constantly looking for new ways to radify my life.  I hope you find this post inspiring, and most of all that it gives you permission to start living to the beat of your own drum.  You are the artist and your life is the canvass, its time to pain with the brushes and colours that you choose!  First I would like to share a little about the significance of this year 2016 being a 9 year, then I will share with you ways that you can make the changes your yearning for by understanding how unique you are and how much the world needs you to be who you are as you are!

The number 1 marks the beginning of a cycle, journey or intention to manifest.  Number 9 marks completion.  Within the cycle from 1 to 9 we go through the process of releasing, purging and letting go of attachments, contracts, soul ties, beliefs & old patterns so that we can be fully aligned and united with what our soul came here to experience, be & emit.  Sound familiar?  Perhaps you have been going through these waves of purging and releasing out on the sea's of life's crazy ocean wondering what the hell is happening?  Well my beloved family, you have been primed and prepared for the new beginning that is coming.  2016 is a 9 year which means completion.  2017 is  a 1 year which is a new beginning! Yeeeow!  So lets use this year to shift gears and prepare ourselves for the new beginnings that are just around the corner. 

Under the influence of 9 your soul has the opportunity to transform the memories & experiences that no longer serve you so that you as a being can rise in consciousness and fully embody the new frequencies that are available to us all right now… A new way of being, that is so much easier, clearer, fun, playful, expansive and loving? Yeah baby bring that goodness on!!! 

Alignment with our Soul Nature is our mission for 2016… 

A few years ago I was listening to the sounds of the planets on a NASA you tube vid, it brought me to my knee’s in reverence, it was a profound moment that changed my life!  See we too have a song, the song in our soul, the frequency of light that is you inside your body.  Your song is different to my song yet together we create a harmony that can be heard when listening to the song of earth from space…

The song of earth contains the song/frequency of every living being on this planet and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! You can listen for yourself!

So my beloved tribe, just like the planets, you too are here to emit your soul song! This is your purpose, you are not defined by what you do, thats upside down miss jane.   You are defined by who you are!  By the frequency that you emit.... When we respond to life from WHO we are, our actions come from a place of inspiration rather than obligation & they will naturally echo our purpose.... You will not find your purpose anywhere other than in relationship with yourself, which is why I'm writing this post.   Obligation is what we do, because we should, inspiration is how we feel, and then we organically act in accordance with the feel good vibe you've got beaming out of your heart! 

  We all have preconditioning that tells us what we SHOULD be doing (obligation), but what is it that you WANT to do (inspiration)?  What is your soul asking for you to do? Sun bake? Dance in the rain? Sing on the top of a mountain? Do a strip tease in the kitchen? Wear no undies on Mondays hehehe no-undie-mundy! Go to the library? Tie yourself to a tree in protection of the earth? Lie on the grass and listen to the bee’s hum?  Start the business you have been wanting to start?  Take a walk on the wild side?  Do what ever connects YOU with your soul frequency and fuck everything else!!! 

So how exactly do I make the jump from living the daily grind of obligation and what I should do, to fuck everything I’m aligning with my soul frequency and living an inspired lifestyle?  

First by giving you permission to be all that you are exactly the way you are right now.  By giving yourself permission to let the wild woman/man inside you to roaaaarrrr into the wind and let her/his voice be herd, to take her stance in the world for the woman she is yearning to be, to become and to express.... 

I have prepared a mind fullness exercise to begin this process for you, 5 steps to begin making the shift from obligation to inspiration.  As well as a free meditation for you to do in your own time.

Hearing the voice of our soul can be tricky when we have been listening to the louder voice of the world dictating a long list of SHOULD'S.  So its important to be patient with yourself, start small, as suggested below.  The still soft voice of the you inside your body is constantly there in sanctuary within.   Through meditation the relaxation and my intentional guidance will lead you deeper into the sacred sanctuary of self.  Hearing the voice of your inner woman will lead you to your truth.  Then you can begin to take steps towards your inspired actions that will in turn lead you back to your purpose...   Get it here

Now is the time to harvest the gold you have in your hands from your souls journey thus far, to connect with your purpose, which we have discovered is to connect and align with your souls frequency.  Now is the time to take action, to let go, to tie up loose ends and wipe the slate clean… You have amazing offerings to share with the world my sisters… 

 

Here are 5 steps to begin making the shift from obligation to inspiration 

1. SMALL THINGS…. ADD SMALL THINGS INTO YOUR DAY, EVERY DAY, THAT CONNECT YOU WITH THE ESSENCE OF YOU

2. WHEN YOU HEaR YOURSELF SAY THESE WORDS “I SHOULD BLABLABLAAAAAAA” STOP! OBSERVE YOURSELF… TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN AND OUT… ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION “WHAT DO I FEEL INSPIRED TO DO RIGHT NOW?”

3. WRITE DOWN 5 OBLIGATIONS THAT PLAY ON YOUR MIND THESE ARE THINGS YOU ‘SHOULD DO’ BUT DON'T REALLY FEEL LIKE DOING

4. WRITE DOWN 5 THINGS THAT INSPIRE YOU, THESE ARE THINGS THAT YOU ‘WISH’ YOU COULD DO BUT DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU CAN BECAUSE YOU ‘SHOULD’ BE DOING SOMETHING ELSE

5. ASK YOURSELF, WHO IS THE MONKEY ON MY SHOULDER? WHO IS THIS PERSON WHO IS TELLING ME I ‘SHOULD’? ‘WHERE DOES THIS COME FROM ANY WAY?… ASK THE QUESTIONS THAT FEEL RIGHT TO YOU, THE ONES THAT GET YOUR MIND CLICKING WITH A HAAAAA MOMENTS

Jafree writes “Not many people on Earth know this, yet on December 21st 2012, all the planets in our solar system were perfectly aligned with each other in one straight row. If you don't believe it, download the google skymap and see where they are right now (still in a straight row)”. 

For the first time, our Earth, Moon, all 9 planets in our solar system, our Sun and the Pleiades constellation (which is the star system that our Sun orbits) ALL came into direct perfect alignment with the massive black hole that exists at the very center of our Milky Way Galaxy.  Wow, talk about a special time to be alive on the planet.  The really amazing fact is that this perfect alignment only happens once every 200+ million years!   

Wait …. What?  once every 200+ million years?!!!!! 

Now I don't know about you but something really clicked for me here.  We are in a 9 year of completion, with portals and solar flares and all kinds of amazing planetary shifts going on to assist us.  Thats a whole lot of slate cleaning going on!  

We are so supported for change right now!!!  Lets make the most of it... Our world depends upon us rising to our highest frequency, so that mass consciousness changes...

We are so supported for change right now, we have Virgo who is the celebration of the feminine in all of her aspects, Virgo shows us how to use our gifts, connect to our ‘soul purpose’ and to take actions that bring that into the world… Virgo is also the energy of the earth empress/earth mother Demeter, the Goddess of the harvest… Chiron is associated with Virgo, the wounded healer, this is more than perfect because Chiron assists us to transform our victim state into a state of service, to offer healing from our experiences of pain… 

Yeah Jadey, get to the point?! :) 

The point is this…. 

Now is the time to harvest the gold you have in your hands from your souls journey thus far, to connect with your purpose, which we have discovered is to connect and align with your souls frequency.  Now is the time to take action, to let go, to tie up loose ends and wipe the slate clean… We have amazing offerings to share my sisters…

2. When you here yourself say these words “I should blablablaaaaaaa” Stop! Observe yourself… Take a deep breath in and out… Ask yourself this question “What do I feel inspired to do right now?”

3. Write down 5 obligations that play on your mind these are things you ‘should do’ but don't really feel like doing

4. Write down 5 things that inspire you these are things that you ‘wish’ you could do but don't feel like you can because you ‘should’ be doing something else

5. Ask yourself, who is the monkey on my shoulder? Who is this person who is telling me I ‘should’? ‘Where does this come from any way?… Ask the questions that feel right to you, the ones that get your mind clicking with a Haaaaa moments

Planning for success The Feminine Way

Every month the moon goes through 4 phases, she is dark/new, she waxes, she is full, she wanes and then she is dark/new again. Our feminine bodies are lunar rhythmic, which means, we mirror the cycles of the moon. Every month we go through 4 phases, menstruation, the follicular phase, ovulation and the luteal phase, then we menstruate again. Each of these 4 phases also reflect the 4 main phases of a woman's life, we go through maiden, mother, maga(menopause), crone.

In this post we are going to discover how these 4 phases can propel us into maximum productivity to create more and have more time and space to be with our feminine nature instead of pushing the envelope to the point of burn out (left brain living is on the way out sisters, no need to strive to survive, we are creatresses who create with the essential nature of our womban hood!)

But First a little history for you

When women lived in tribe and were not exposed to unnatural lighting and expected to push and strive like men, we bled with the moon, when the moon was new. At the beginning of the cycle, as the moon went from dark to new, from the end of the old to the new cycle. All of the women in the tribe would go into dream time together, they would celebrate, do ceremony, cry, laugh, pray, nurture, pamper and nourish each other. The men would wait with anticipation for the wisdom that their women folk would bring back for the tribe when they returned. The feminine were celebrated for their menstrual wisdom & feared (respected) for the power that they contained. Which is why it makes sense that the church banned women who were bleeding from attending & why the man folk of the 1800's decided to take away our sacred womens business by making it illegal for midwife's to practice without a male doctor present.... They took away our power because they feared it... Too much power baby!!!

Guess what? The ancient wisdom is back, and now is the time for us to embrace the wisdom and the power of our cycle again!!!! Are you ready? 

Side note: If you are not bleeding at the new moon at the moment, there is nothing wrong with you, a lot of hype is going around about us being out of sync if we are not bleeding on the new moon. I'm here to crack that open and give you permission to celebrate your cycle, just as you do the moon phases. We live in a very different society today and we are in a very different place in the evolution of humanity compared to our ancestors. Which means we all bleed at different times, times that are perfect for us personally, times that are aligned with the wisdom grandmother moon is desiring to illuminate in us for our personal and spiritual growth. In my ancient wisdom modern woman program we dive into these mysteries further, today we are looking at the basics to introduce you to the phases and your magic!

You will see in the diagram above on the outside edge each archetype and the direction (medicine wheel wisdom) connected to her. In tomorrow's class I will talk more about the medicine wheel, which is the reason I have included the 4 directions in this chart.

You will also notice on the inside of the chart are the 4 phases of our cycle. Phase 1 (menstruation), Phase 2 (follicular), Phase 3 (ovulation), Phase 4 (luteal). This chart is different to a lot of womens wisdom and has been shown to me for a reason. Our bodies reflect the cycles of the moon. Every month, the moon is dark before she is new, this is one of the most important keys to feminine wisdom. We bleed before we enter the new, therefore phase 1 needs to begin midway in our crone/wise woman phase, because we bleed and then we enter the new energy of the maiden! And we are premenstrual and crumpy like a crone just before. (Sometimes, not all women are the same)

Ancient Wisdom Of The Cycles

1. Crone/Wise Woman ...

We experience the archetype of the wise woman once a month for a reason. She takes us into the realms of our inner knowing, holds up the lantern of truth to guide us through our shadows & gives us the wisdom we need for the month ahead. This occurs from half way through the luteal phase (around day 25) & continues throughout the whole of our menstruation phase. During this 7-9 day cycle we enter into deep rest and replenishment. This is when our energy is at its lowest, like the DARK MOON (new moon) and the season of winter. We are releasing all of the old that was not needed and making space for the new. It's the 'Beginning' of the coming phase, from the depths of this rest, release & let go we are gifted with the vision to 'see' our lives from a new prospective. With the lantern of truth illuminating everything that works, and everything that no longer works for us.

Take note that we begin with resting, the energy is at it's lowest so we need to prepare for this time by scheduling less into our diaries and engaging in nurturing supportive activities that tap us into the sensitivities that are guiding us home. This is the time when we let go of what was not needed in the previous month. Its happening both physically as our body bleeds the unfertilised egg out. Its happening emotionally as we bleed and let go of what is not serving us, we shed the layers that have been holding us back. And we experience birthing pains, birthing into the fertile soil of our subconscious mind as we enter dream time & dream our deepest desires into being. This is POWERFUL sisters! Your inner wise woman, the dark wild goddess, is powerful beyond belief. She has your back, she will not allow you to ignore your inner truth......... You my darling are not crazy, hyper sensitive, mentally unbalanced, hormonal.... You are wisdom herself, and she is calling you home, to your truth. Our bodies are the key to unlocking our wisdom & our truth. The truth will set you freeeeee!!!

When we create space in our calender & utilise our hyper sensitivity during our wise woman phase this becomes the most profound time of the month to dream into the month, year, ahead. With the same sanctity we approach the new moon, we can approach our menstrual phase, as it sets us up for the month ahead.

If we prepare in advanced so that our lifestyle support this deep rest & replenishment you will find your weeks and month flow with so much more ease.

It's a good idea to plan ahead think about taking into your wise woman cave your fave foods that nourish you, then choose healthy versions of your comfort foods (e.g cocao, coconut oil, shredded coconut, dried fruit 7& nuts, tahini, and a dash of agave or honey if you are a massive sweet tooth is an EXCELLENT chocolate substitute). Have your meditation on your phone, buy a journal, create a play list on sound cloud or you tube, have a great book, write a list of what you would like to bring with you into your womb cave. What exercise is REALISTIC? Running for 1 hour when your bleeding is not really supportive, but a yin/restorative yoga class is! Or dancing your sensual body around to some soft sexy alluring middle eastern tunes is!

2. Maiden ...

We move out of the depths of replenishment feeling 'fresh' revitalised and refocused! We enter the follicular phase when our body starts being flooded with nest building hormones. The uterine wall starts creating a nest for life (sperm). We feel awesome as our bodies begin to move towards ovulation. This is the energy of the WAXING MOON, we are inspired, we have been replenished, the seeds of our dreamtime are planted in the fertile soil of this Spring energy, this is the best time to start new projects and create a new approach to the way you do things. To begin our Self Care Inspired Actions! Working with the archetype of Aphrodite during this phase is amazing, she is so sensuous, alive and magnetic! 

Start new regimes, initiate new cycle focus with inspired actions, make dates, go shopping, take singing lessons, utilise this amazing fresh energy to invoke how you would like to interact with the coming cycle...

3. Mother ...

We then enter into the Mother phase 'Pregnancy/Birthing/Nurturing', we are 'pregnant' with our desires, idea's and dreams. We are ovulating. For a lot of women this is manifest as the Earth Empress in all of her glory! Your business idea's will be flowing. Your body is craving a baby (maybe tricking you, be aware of the hormone's influencing you at this time). We become total SQUISH!!!! Love bombs on legs!!!

This is the energy of the FULL MOON & summer, where we naturally want to go out and frolick in life. We feel connected to nature and are celebrating the amazing fruit that is showing up in our life. Our bodies are flooded with hormones and we feel amazing, on fire and able to do so much more than we were able just 14 days ago.

Plan your "peak activities" for the month during the mother/ovulation phase . This is prime time for business activities that need more energy. For getting into your garden and doing the hard yaka, or plan the hard work stuff you've been putting off for this week. Remember to plan to celebrate, socialise... If your holding a party, plan it on the full moon, or when you are ovulating.

4. Maga ...

In our Sacred Women Tribe we refer to this time as "Medicine Woman/Queen". This is the energy of the WANING MOON, Autumn. It mirrors our premenstrual phase/menopausal phase. This is the time when the leaves begin falling back to the earth, the harvest is being reaped from the seasons past & we are preparing for the next season/phase and we become 'extra sensitive', go into the deep rest of winter and the wise woman.

The sensitivities we experience during this time are chemical. We have entered the luteal phase, our body has registered that she has not received sperm and the hormones are leaving the nest so to speak. The sensitivities we feel during this time can become our greatest gift if we know how to use them. This is why we work with the "medicine woman and our queen". Your medicine woman knows what she needs, and your queen knows what she wants, like's and doesn't want. She is the ruler of your inner kingdom after all, so get to know her well.

This is the best time to go and see a healer, meditate more, listen to your inner queen, here is a meditation for you (if you don't already have it). Take the seat on the throne of your inner kingdom and come from a place of inner mastery. Connect with the medicine woman within who knows how to guide you and lead you towards the healing you are yearning for.

Use the whole month to prepare for this time, this is when most women fall off the bus! This is the time when we can see clearly what is not working, we are being invited to release the clutter in our subconscious minds, to prepare for the new beginning that comes after our bleed.

I can hear you all breathing a sigh of relief..... Yesssss you are normal! You don't need to fit into a rigid structure, in fact {{ subscriber.first_name }} your not meant to, you are here in this feminine body to utilise these incredible energies and flow with the cycles of your body and Grandmother moon. Each sacred cycle we have the opportunity to begin again, each bleed is a new beginning.

 

Putting this all into practice

So how does this apply to a productive life?...

Inspired actions vs business of activity lead to a full filling lifestyle. We have more time and space for the things that truly fill our cup, when we have a full cup we create our dreams effortlessly. We engage in actions that are inspired by our values which leads to more conscious participation and self care.

When life is our art it becomes our most spiritual practice.

• Prepare your awareness practices, book your massage for the month, go and see a healer, tune into a circle (ask us about our circles). Journal, journal, journal. Meditate (you can use your inner woman meditation). I have prepared a list of suggestions in your workbook here.

• Your To Do's List. This is the list of things that need to get done, but not in a push push way! In a feminine way, by assigning the activities that need to be done to the appropriate energies for your cycle... Planning our month in advanced so we can fully utilise the powerful time of our medicine woman and crone phase.

Remember that you are perfect the way you are, the art of inspired living is about changing our approach to activities so that we come from a place of inspiration rather than the pesky monkey on our shoulder telling us what we SHOULD be doing... It saves us from burnout when we get to our bleed and cant rest because we havn't allowed space for ourselves... We are engaging in life in a right brained, feminine, creative way that ultimately leads to POWERFUL manifestation and radical self love... This is how we discover our magic!
