FULL MOON IN VIRGO:: Illuminating the inner critic/perfectionist & embodying the temple priestess

Hi beautiful, Wow Virgo Moon has been a potent one hey?!

Virgo in her light aspect is the sign of the celestial virgin and the temple priestess ~ she who chooses to be in mastery of her relationship with her sexuality, her womb, and her creative freedom.  The shadow side of Virgo is being so perfectionistic that we freeze, choke up and suppress ourselves.  The inner critic can be so ridiculously harsh on the Virgo full moon! Did you notice this in your personal journey? 

The ‘critic archetype’ can be super harsh with others, when things are out of our control. This is illuminated especially in romantic or familial relationships with the light of the Full Moon in Virgo.  If relationships have been clunky this weekend this post will help you with tools to begin transforming your relationship with yourself so that beautiful you can shine through a little more this week.

The way we show up with ourselves in our inner world is how we show up with others.  Healthy relationships that flourish from overflowing love and compassion are our birthright! I got ya girlfriend, sometimes all we need is a little more information and some support to shift things & tweak our internal compass around the things. Especially when we feel out of control, critical or perfectionistic, which we all do at times!

The gift that full moons bring is illumination. The light of the moon draws that which was previously hidden in the shadowy recesses of the subconscious mind into the conscious mind so we can shake shit up and make some positive change. We get to uplevel our dna patterning, releasing a little more family trauma, release default reactivity & create healthy sustainable patterns that support our growth & thriving. 

So how do we consciously work with our shadows?

the controlling o.c.d part of us that freaks out every time someone is coming for tea and starts running around like a headless chicken making the house perfect?

or

the hypersensitive part of us that is affected by other people’s decisions and energy so we micromanage and burn ourselves out trying to find a place of reprieve from the hypersensitivity.

>> Recognize what your mind is telling you.

"What parts of myself do I currently believe need to be perfect before I can share and openly express myself”. 

“What am I hiding?”

“What do I believe about my worth, value, and enoughness right now”.  

“Is it true that I am only loveable if I get this right?”

“What would happen if I just stepped back and let this person do their thing right now?” What do I believe/fear here?

Journal it, write it down. As the moon begins to wane and the energy softens we have the opportunity to really dive deeper into self-reflection, to be the witness. At this stage, we are not transforming or shifting. We are witnessing and just letting all of the monkey mind jibberish come through. It’s potent work!

>>Be real and raw and feel

Entertaining beliefs of unworthiness and unlovability hurts! Feel the feels with honesty, practice self-compassion, be kind to beautiful you in your inner dialogue and begin to change your inner dialogue so uplift and be your own best friend.

>>Recognize that you are doing your best that with what you have right now, and that's ok

>>Shift the story into its highest octave by thanking the shadow behavior & the belief system that drives it for getting you this far and letting it go as the moon wanes over the next couple of weeks.

>>Choose to be ok with your imperfections. 

Remember that your body is nature herself, nature is not perfect, but she still shares her flowers.  The perfection is in the imperfection. Any of the current behaviors and reactive patterns that you have are a result of preprogramming, from society, family, lineage etc. The amazing thing is that you can reprogram and shift things! But keep it real! No spiritual bypassing or rainbow farting kids.

Do the thing, go on the date, have a loud wild orgasm, express pleasure, express boundaries, take the steps, love our ever-changing body, ask for the raise.

It’s time to stop comparing and instead claim our unique beauty. To reframe our relationship with imperfection and fully own our radiance.

"Small ego, step of the way, I’ve got change to make on this beautiful planet”.

Did you know shining is a feminine quality? 

Shakti is the feminine aspect of life force, she is the sparkly shiny aspect, she likes to be adorned with radiance, adored, and witnessed.

Shiva is the masculine aspect and is the conscious, witness, observer. 

For our masculine and feminine to be unified we NEED to shine & to stop playing small.  When we allow the small ego who is addicted to staying meek, mild, humble, small, and unseen to run the show, we are actually in our masculine (cave, hiding, witnessing).  Denying our feminine NEED TO SHINE is detrimental to our relationships and our sense of soul freedom. It’s detrimental to this world that is in dire need of Divine Mothers love. When we play the ‘small game’, by limiting our expression, playfulness, and innate feminine radiance we are in effect perpetuating shadow masculine patriarchal systems that seek to control our sovereignty through suppression. 

Forming a healthy sense of self (ego) is imperative to recognize our gifts & share generously of ourselves.  When we cultivate a beautiful relationship with our own heart & know that the mind is our tool for freedom rather than a dictator that keeps us in a cage, we claim our sovereignty and our freedom. 

Let's face it, you have adventures to take, lips to kiss, love to make, sunrises to witness, clients to serve, children to raise, leaders to rise up, impact to make in this world that DESPERATELY NEEDS YOU TO SHINE IN ALL OF YOUR UNIQUENESS!!!! 

When we dim our own shine the result is, we often feel unseen & unappreciated. Our sexual attractiveness is dimmed and with it our vital connection with the sacred thread of feminine power that resides within this body temple. Not being seen by those that we love is painful and it aches. But it doesn’t need to be this way, you absolutely can change it, I know because I did it! Every menstrual cycle and moon cycle is an uplevel! And personal growth can be fun and sexy AF!

This is the name of this beautiful painting by Autumn Skye Morrison. I chose it for Virgo month on my dream weavers astrology calendar because it represents the path of the temple priestess and the mystery that resides within.

This week has been massive for me personally, with some really big challenges thrown in my direction.  The printers sent me back the artwork on my calendar saying that canva designed art cant be printed in high quality from a professional printer. I didn’t know that. I’ve been creating this calendar on canva (its a design platform) for 4 years now, not knowing any differently. After all of that work, I have been informed I need to do it again in another design platform.  I can't even tell you how fucking gutted I was when I heard about this, I went to bed and cried for a day. 

When I went to sleep I affirmed ‘in the morning I’ll know what to do’ (Subconscious mind hack).

I woke up, did me practises and dropped into my womb and my body. My heart was saying that it's more suffocating to NOT share than it is to wait until my creations are perfect before I share. 

The truth is that perfection is in the eye of the beholder (like beauty) & this Virgo moon is illuminating where the inner critic takes no prisoners.  I am super aware of the ways that perfectionism & all of the ways I sabotage myself with the ‘not good enough’.  (Thank you Virgo!!)

This is all so reflective of life, especially around the things we beat ourselves up about. “I should have known”. Should I? How? I did the best that I could with the information I had. I was undereducated. The critic in my head was such a mean ass bitch. But it’s up to me to listen to those stories, or walk in compassion and kindness.

I sent the calendar off to print under the full moon anyway this morning, yeeeewww!!! I'm super disappointed because now I'm way behind schedule, but this is a powerful choice point where I can shrink or shine.  I choose to shine bebeeee!

The creative power that resides in my womb wanted to create something new for the collective. She wanted beautiful art, a calendar that follows the zodiac signs instead of January, Feb. That honors the equinoxes, solstices, eclipses, that show the moons each day and where I can map my cycle & tap into this rich universal conversation that is happening always!

Cycle mapping is a primary tool to weave us IN to the sacred feminine thread as a collective. To realign with the seasons and cycles, to play with the feminine archetypes and fall in love with being a woman. Committing to these practises shakes a little bit more of the current preprogrammed patriarchal structures off us & empowers us to step more into deeply aligned living as feminine (and masculine) beings who beat with the heart of Divine Mother/Divine Father equally. Should I have stopped that beautiful desire because it’s not perfect and the colors arnt’t gonna pop the way I wanted them to? Fuck no!!! I'm so honored to be co-creating with Autumn Skye Morrison, she is one of my favourite artists. Full power sister.  I know so many homes will be blessed by her potency and mine united in this co-creation… So I’m choosing to be creatively free & do my little piece of sacred rebellion to dismantle a system that is entirely disconnected from the feminine cycles!!! YOUR WOMB IS THE ALCHEMIST in your Relationships

I’m day 25 today, my womb has officially moved into her winter phase, where I sit with the wise woman within me and the wise women around me and we have a really honest conversation.  There are so many emotions boiling up inside of me as my clever womb prepares to shed the information she has gathered towards herself throughout the month.  Woaw it’s been a big month!!!!

My beloved’s mum is in the UK, currently fighting for her life with covid. Today we have news that she has finally gone into ICU after her battling on her own in her little unit for the last 2 weeks. My poor honey has been losing his mind with worry, there’s literally nothing he could do from here. So I’ve been holding it down for him and his beautiful heart as it has been feeling feels that are just so damn intense!

Our womb is the portal of life, of transformation and death.  When we are ovulating (or when the moon is full for women who no longer bleed) our womb is a magnet pulling towards herself the information she needs for our soul’s evolution and purpose-filled living.  During ovulation (or full moon), we have a powerful opportunity to amplify and call in. Sometimes this is a portal of transformation for the feels that our loved ones do not understand or cannot currently process on their own. This can be unmet needs/unprocessed emotions etc. Especially for our sensitives and empaths who feel the feels!!

Alchemy is the process of transforming lead (pain body/limitations/beliefs) into gold (heart frequency/forgiveness/freedom/changes in beliefs).

So for me right now, after a rather intense month on the relationship front, my body now day 25 in her cycle has become the prayer. She is the alchemist, she is transforming the information she has gathered while my beloved has walked the oh so life-changing path of the possibility of never seeing his mother again.  And now I get to walk with this consciously as my womb sheds her lining and the cycle completes.

The emotion that stirs in me as I write this is INTENSE!  Tears are streaming down my cheeks. As the waves roll through and I witness the opportunity to spiral up and down simultaneously I stand in the gateway of soul transformation for me, my beloved, and our sacred partnership.

It’s in this premenstrual phase that most of us fall off the bus and blow up our relationship because we can see all of things and the feels feel so damn real !! Where 2 weeks ago our body was the magnet, now she has become the magnifying glass, the all-seeing eye that no one can hide from, not even us! hahahaa

It’s no wonder so many women loath this time coz the crazy lady comes loaded with grenades in 10 pockets ready to blow shit up!!! However, when we learn how to work with this phase, it is truly a point of self-mastery and transformation.

The mastery of emotion, rather than the suppression of emotion, is our portal of power filled womanhood.  But this requires learning how to feel the feels, being allowed to have feelings, taking full responsibility for our feelings without blaming (very common for empaths), and weaving some serious woooooo girlfriends. Witchy power.

We are the portal of life!!! If we can create life, we can create the life we want to wake up inside of. Even though my womb did not receive seed in the form of a baby, she received the light codes and the information that I need to spiral up with the next cycle. 

So what do we do with this intensity of emotion? Let’s get practical::

• Fuck it out, or make slow deep love, get your beloved to play with your crystal wand and dearmor your beautiful yoni while you breathe and sigh and let it out. (Melissa teaches us this in our mentorship btw).

  (Unfortunately, making love to commit to an alchemical love-making practice isn’t something we can do right now as he is at work over the next 72 hours and I have gone to the red tent (my actual tent in the rainforest at my mum’s). So instead I will make slow deep love to myself which brings me to the next point.

• De armor your beautiful yoni, holding your cervix with rose quarts crystalline energy (or whatever crystal you are working with), and call in the love of the universe to filter through the sacred feminine grail gates of your body. Oh so much love! Sexual empowerment is an inside job family! But for me right now, I have to choose it, coz the stories my monkey mind is gibbering on about are fucking intense and I almost want to believe them! Sometimes I do, and then I reframe, which brings me to the next point.

• Reframe the stories. Where the mind likes to go to default victim mode because of all of the over giving many of us willingly participate in regularly (hahaha omg, it’s such a journey to unravel this one, is anyone with me on this? Woaw! So much compassion for our beautiful loving hearts that just want to nurture, to serve, to love, and be loved) … Take the story, write it down, reframe it. We have to consciously choose to love our shadows in our premenstrual phase.

• Yoni steam (also in our mentorship), blog to come about this very soon

• Prepare with nutrition so your ready for your moon time (either the red river flowing or the dark moon for our silver queens) Make soups and juices, chocolate, stock up. I am right now coz I know this is gonna be a BIG LET GO!!!!! Carving out space in your diary and block off time just for you, your womb, and your guidance team. Right now I’m getting excited to see what the wise women show me for our collective and the next cycle of my relationships.

In closing our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship we will ever have, how we walk this path of deep emotionality, which IS the feminine aspect is how we navigate our relationships in general.  Women’s wisdom and the path of sacred sexuality and womb healing is really a call back to sovereignty, to learning how to embody the wild nature of the feminine as she serves consciousness one spiral at a time.

Ooooooo the lips I've had the privilege of kissing this decade! I'm only just thinking of this now as I write...

Kisses hello, kisses goodbye, kisses that linger long, big sloppy baby smooches, kind kisses on the cheek, shoulder kisses (oh how I love a shoulder kiss!), kisses in erogenous zones, 'kiss me more' kisses, oh the glory of kissing!

Even kissing goodbye those that I have loved so deeply, the kisses that stay on our lips forever. This decade I have kissed goodbye my 2 grandmothers, my dad and on Tuesday this week my dear dear elder and mentor Jillie, a kiss goodbye in this form forever.

Kissing goodbye 2020 and the decade it represents is such a powerful act of reverence. I have created a little reflection ritual for you to do before the new moon to help you glean goodness from the pain and celebrate your triumphs...

This portal when the Sun enters Cancer and the dark moon takes us into 3 days of deep listening is a recalibration point. A time of reflection and giving thanks for the gifts gleaned, lessons learned, help given. Its a time where we stop and marvel at the infinite wisdom in the cycles of life. The seed that was planted in our consciousness and cracked open through pressure, that grew in the light of love from Self and others, became a sapling, then a tree, it blossomed and grew fruit. The harvest was gleaned and the leaves fell to the ground, the light grew darker and the tree of our dreams was called into a great big rest to prepare for the next cycle.

This beautiful, majestic tree of life is constantly ebbing and flowing in innate rhythm. It needs no instruction, it just needs us to listen. So tonight, wether you are in the northern or southern hemisphere. Wether this is the peak of winter, or the peak of summer I invite you to reflect upon the unfolding of your life. Life is unfolding, on its own, all it asks of you is to show up, to listen and ask for the next step. Sometimes that step is to listen, reflect and rest. Sometimes it is to take action. Sometimes its to wait. Sometimes it is to let go. Which phase of life are you at?

Gratitude is one of the key activators for our inner light and it connects us to an expanded state of being. No matter how upside down your world may be right now, I invite you to invite the light of the Sun into your heart and ask for help to see what you can be grateful for as you do the ritual below.

My dear elder Jillie Collings passed away this morning. She is the one who introduced me to the wisdom of astrology and started me on the path of the priestess. 2020 Timeline Ritual

You will need

Paper and pen to write on

Paper to burn

Paper to keep

Ritual items: fire proof bowl, lighter or matches, water.

Create a sacred space for yourself, light a candle, some incense, make sure your hydrated and fully available to yourself, preferably uninterrupted (but hey do what you can sexy mumma).

To begin ground yourself, walk on the earth, tune into the life beneath your feet and within every cell. Breath in for 4, out for 8 and come into your body.

Start by writing 2010 on your paper, write down all of the major events from the past 10 years, the year they occurred, what you learnt from them, and what you are celebrating letting go of. What's your take away and what are you proud of yourself for in that situation?

Write and write, think about the relationships you have fostered, follow the trail of the people you have met and the opportunities that have opened because of the them.

Then on a separate bit of paper, write down a list of the qualities you are letting go of. E.g for me, confusion!

Take a moment while the moon is waning, in her letting go phase, think of the gift that composting is, its the act of just letting nature take over and alchemize the shitfactory! So...... Connect to the innate wisdom that all substances and energies can be alchemised. Then burn your list... As the list burns say 'This ............... I now let go, free from me may it be so'

When you are done gift the ashes to the earth or mix them with water and water your plants. Take a shower and you are complete.

On the new moon you can do a 2020 vision ritual!!!!

A Prayer For The Mothers

Its Mothers Day in Australia, I am reflecting on the Mother in all women, in all beings. The fabric of the Mother who calls us to remember that she is powerful and creative, regenerative and fierce. SHE is the answer to replenish that which is broken, SHE never turns away from her children. SHE who is unconditional love, a place of sanctuary for the entire universe. For those of us who practise earth based spirituality, every day is a day to honour the mother. I wanted to share a prayer with you today. And to honour the Mother in all women. You who are creating, you are mother, you who are dreaming a new world into being and offering your gifts to be of service, you are mother.

To the Mother principal I bow.

To the Mother Archetype in all beings I stand in awe.

She who lights up the night sky and lights a silvery path showing us the perfection of natures cycles and the gift of life, death, rebirth. Grandmother Moon I love you.

She who blossoms in Spring. Who Nourishes and Orgasms and Provides in Summer. Who yields harvest and surrenders herself to the let go in Autumn. She who faces death and the return to nothingness in Winter.

To those who Martyred themselves so we can have the freedom we have today, who stood in the front lines to leave a legacy of freedom for the sons and daughters who came after them. To the Mothers who were victimized and still rise to greet the new day and to create art from their pain.

To the Primal Mother who is the force of creativity and life itself, who dances with consciousness to create this beautiful interplay of lovemaking we call life.

To my Mother of Birth Margaret Mason, you are by far the woman I respect and admire most, I bow before the woman you are and the gift of life you have graced me with through your womb. What a beautiful nourishing womb you created my body with, thank you.

To the Mother within myself who has created many smiles on many faces, songs that bring joy & connection, remembrance and freedom through my my soul gifts that I am privileged to share with generosity. Ancient Wisdom For Modern Women

There are many cultures of the world that have their own version of the medicine wheel, the Celts, the North American's, the Australian aboriginal, the South American, African & Norse.

The medicine wheel represents the cycles of life that are constantly spinning and moving. It shows how life evolves and how all of the elements that make up this thing we call life work together towards our unfolding destiny. The circle of the wheel represents interconnectivity of all beings. It teaches us how to align with the natural cycles so we can harmonize that which is out of balance. Each direction has an element which governs an aspect of life i.e. Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical level.

We women have our own ‘cycle of life’ as we grow from child, to maiden, to mother, to queen, to crone (as well as through all of the other archetypes of the feminine principal if we are aware and playful with consciousness!)

When I became aware of this information in my own personal practises I called it 'the medicine wheel of the womb'. 3 years later I found out that the medicine wheel of the womb is an ancient priestess teaching. This is my version, as it came through my ancestors & guides to me. I want to acknowledge that I am an Australian born celtic woman. The indigenous ways of my ancestors were wiped out by the roman empire when they colonized the land that is now called Britain. My celtic grandmothers have been walking with me, taking me deep into the memory of the indigenous ways of celtic women before colonization, this information I am sharing with you is channelled information.

Within the circle of the medicine wheel of the womb we find the knowledge of the spiral of the womb & our journey of womanhood. It reveals key core principals we must master on our feminine energy journey. As we take the journey from princess to queen, we meet every archetype along the way and learn how to weave the elements of air, fire, water, earth, ether. The medicine wheel of the womb holds the keys to unlock a life of deep acceptance, pure potentiality and creative freedom. Where we can truly embrace all of the faces and phases of our journey as woman.

Before we dive into the medicine wheel of the womb, lets take a little journey back in history.....

Lets turn back the clock to the days when women lived in tribe and were not exposed to unnatural lighting and expected to push and strive on a 24 hour cycle. We bled with the moon at the beginning of the cycle, as the moon went from dark to new, from the end of the old to the new cycle.

All of the women in the tribe would go into dream time together, they would celebrate, do ceremony, cry, laugh, pray, nurture, pamper and nourish each other. The men would wait with anticipation for the wisdom that their women folk would bring back for the tribe when they returned. The feminine were celebrated for their menstrual wisdom & feared (respected) for the power that they contained. Which is why it makes sense that the church banned women who were bleeding from attending & why the man folk of the 1800's decided to take away our sacred womens business by making it illegal for midwife's to practice without a male doctor present.... They took away our power because they feared it... Too much power baby!!!

Guess what? The ancient wisdom is back, and now is the time for us to embrace the wisdom and the power of our cycle again!!!! Are you ready?

Side note: If you are not bleeding at the new moon at the moment, there is nothing wrong with you, a lot of hype is going around about us being out of sync if we are not bleeding on the new moon. I'm here to crack that open and give you permission to begin to embrace your cycle, as it is today. We live in a very different society these days and we are in a very different place in the evolution of humanity compared to our ancestors. Which means we all bleed at different times, times that are perfect for us personally, times that are aligned with the wisdom grandmother moon is desiring to illuminate in us for our personal and spiritual growth. We will bleed at the time that is aligned with what we need for our own evolution in the medicine wheel of our own personal life. Today we are looking at the basics to introduce you to the phases and your magic!

Each Direction has an archetype, an element, a moon phase and a correlating phase of our cycle. Our bodies reflect the cycles of the moon. Every month, the moon is dark before she is new, this is one of the most important keys to feminine wisdom. We bleed before we enter the spring energy on day 4 of our cycle. Our cycle begins and ends with our bleed/menses/internal winter whereby for 7 days when we enter the energy of the crone/wise woman phase and allow the old previous cycle to shed, listen to our internal wisdom & prepare for the new phase.

North ~ Crone/Wise Woman ~ Earth

We experience the archetype of the wise woman once a month for a reason. She takes us into the realms of our inner knowing, holds up the lantern of truth to guide us through our shadows & gives us the wisdom we need for the month ahead. This occurs from half way through the luteal phase (around day 25) & continues throughout the whole of our menstruation phase. During this 7-9 day cycle (depending on how long you bleed for) we enter into deep rest and replenishment. This is when our energy is at its lowest, like the Dark/New Moon and the season of winter. We are releasing all of the old that was not needed and making space for the new. It's the 'Beginning' of the coming phase, from the depths of this rest, release & let go we are gifted with the vision to 'see' our lives from a new prospective. With the lantern of truth illuminating everything that works, and everything that no longer works for us.

Take note that we begin with resting, the energy is at it's lowest so we need to prepare for this time by scheduling less into our diaries and engaging in nurturing supportive activities that tap us into the sensitivities that are guiding us home. This is the time when we let go of what was not needed in the previous month. Its happening both physically as our body bleeds the unfertilised egg out. Its happening emotionally as we bleed and let go of what is not serving us, we shed the layers that have been holding us back. And we experience birthing pains, birthing into the fertile soil of our subconscious mind as we enter dream time & dream our deepest desires into being. This is POWERFUL sisters! Your inner wise woman, the dark wild goddess, is powerful beyond belief. She has your back, she will not allow you to ignore your inner truth......... You my darling are not crazy, hyper sensitive, mentally unbalanced, hormonal.... You are wisdom herself, and she is calling you home, to your truth. Our bodies are the key to unlocking our wisdom & our truth. The truth will set you freeeeee!!!

When we create space in our calendar & utilise our hyper sensitivity during our wise woman phase this becomes the most profound time of the month to dream into the month, year, ahead. With the same sanctity we approach the new moon, we can approach our menstrual phase, as it sets us up for the month ahead.

If we prepare in advanced so that our lifestyle support this deep rest & replenishment you will find your weeks and month flow with so much more ease.

It's a good idea to plan ahead think about taking into your wise woman cave your fave foods that nourish you, then choose healthy versions of your comfort foods (e.g cocao, coconut oil, shredded coconut, dried fruit 7& nuts, tahini, and a dash of agave or honey if you are a massive sweet tooth is an EXCELLENT chocolate substitute). Have your meditation on your phone, buy a journal, create a play list on sound cloud or you tube, have a great book, write a list of what you would like to bring with you into your womb cave. What exercise is REALISTIC? Running for 1 hour when your bleeding is not really supportive, but a yin/restorative yoga class is! Or dancing your sensual body around to some soft sexy alluring middle eastern tunes is!

East ~ Maiden ~ Air

We move out of the depths of replenishment feeling 'fresh' revitalised and refocused! We enter the follicular phase when our body starts being flooded with nest building hormones. The uterine wall starts creating a nest for life. We feel awesome as our bodies begin to move towards ovulation. This is the energy of the WAXING MOON, we are inspired, we have been replenished, the seeds of our dreamtime are planted in the fertile soil of this Spring energy, this is the best time to start new projects and create a new approach to the way you do things. To begin our Self Care Inspired Actions! Working with the archetype of Aphrodite during this phase is amazing, she is so sensuous, alive and magnetic!

Start new regimes, initiate new cycle focus with inspired actions, make dates, go shopping, take singing lessons, utilise this amazing fresh energy to invoke how you would like to interact with the coming cycle... Set the wheels in motion for what you want to create this month.

South ~ Mother/Empress ~ Fire

We then enter into the Mother phase 'Pregnancy/Birthing/Nurturing', we are 'pregnant' with our desires, idea's and dreams. We are ovulating. For a lot of women this is manifest as the Earth Empress in all of her glory! Your business idea's will be flowing. Your body is craving a baby (maybe tricking you, be aware of the hormone's influencing you at this time). We become total SQUISH!!!! Love bombs on legs!!!

This is the energy of the FULL MOON & summer, where we naturally want to go out and frolic in life. We feel connected to nature and are celebrating the amazing fruit that is showing up in our life. Our bodies are flooded with hormones and we feel amazing, on fire and able to do so much more than we were able just 14 days ago.

Plan your "peak activities" for the month during the mother/ovulation phase . This is prime time for business activities that need more energy. For getting into your garden and doing the hard yaka, or plan the hard work stuff you've been putting off for this week. Remember to plan to celebrate, socialise... If your holding a party, plan it on the full moon, or when you are ovulating.

West ~ Queen ~ Medicine Woman ~ Water

In our Sacred Women Tribe we refer to this time as "Medicine Woman/Queen". This is the energy of the WANING MOON, Autumn. It mirrors our premenstrual phase/menopausal phase. This is the time when the leaves begin falling back to the earth, the harvest is being reaped from the seasons past & we are preparing for the next season/phase and we become 'extra sensitive', go into the deep rest of winter and the wise woman.

The sensitivities we experience during this time are chemical. We have entered the luteal phase, our body has registered that she has not received seed and the hormones are leaving the nest so to speak. The sensitivities we feel during this time can become our greatest gift if we know how to use them. This is why we work with the "medicine woman and our queen". Your medicine woman knows what she needs, and your queen knows what she wants, like's and doesn't want. She is the ruler of your inner kingdom after all, so get to know her well.

This is the best time to go and see a healer, meditate more, listen to your inner queen. Do the IAM THE OBSERVER MEDITATION and the premenstrual workbook. Take your seat on the throne of your inner kingdom and come from a place of inner mastery. Connect with the medicine woman within who knows how to guide you and lead you towards the healing you are yearning for.

Use the whole month to prepare for this time, this is when most women fall off the bus! This is the time when we can see clearly what is not working, we are being invited to release the clutter in our subconscious minds, to prepare for the new beginning that comes after our bleed.

I can hear you all breathing a sigh of relief..... Yesssss you are normal! You don't need to fit into a rigid structure, in fact {{ subscriber.first_name }} your not meant to, you are here in this feminine body to utilise these incredible energies and flow with the cycles of your body and Grandmother moon. Each sacred cycle we have the opportunity to begin again, each bleed is a new beginning.

Are you the too much woman?

Wisdom Question:

Do you judge your deepest desires as too much, your needs as too much, your way of sharing your truth as too much?  

Too much for whom?

Feeling afraid to appear to be too much is so common, too many humans are afraid to be all that they are because they fear that they will be judged/shamed/pushed away/labelled/told they are not ladylike or ungentlemanly.  What the ACTUAL FUCK? That’s a ticket for all flavours of suppression, pain and limitation. If limitation and suppression are on one side of the coin, flip that coin, because on the other side its freedom & contentment. I hope that this post helps you flip the coin and reclaim your freedom a little more, it’s your birthright to be happy and free to create your life however you want to create it!

We don’t need to look very far back in history to find this subliminal message woven into society: “Don't rock the boat or you will be cast out of society & you will have no value”. I want to invite you to start popping some pockets of consciousness open, to align with a different belief so you can create a different experience for yourself and the generations that come after you.

We have come a really long way, thanks to the men & women who carved the path before us.  Yet we still have so much work to do as a collective.  Which is why it’s important that we have real conversations with ourselves and each other, through witnessing we are then able to change old ways of being that don’t work.  The conversation that you have with yourself is the most important conversation you will ever have right?!

So let’s use the gift of wisdom questions to open up this conversation and deepen our relationship with ourselves.

I’m so excited to be introducing weekly wisdom questions. I will be sending out wisdom questions like this one for you to ponder.  The key is in witnessing yourself so that you can recognise where you may be in self-judgment or resistance to your right now experience. If you can witness the things that come up for you, where you get triggered and start resisting, you can begin to expand your awareness, if you are willing to release old stories the practice of wisdom questions is a super powerful tool. Especially when explored in a circle of potent women, it’s even more amplified to shift and open to greater possibilities. Massive change happens.

Ways to work with the weekly wisdom question:

Whatever form your flavor of mindfulness takes, explore the crevices of you, be courageous, be real and be willing to be totally imperfect without judgment or a need to fix. Just be, witness and allow.  

Then… After witnessing and allowing, commit to yourself by asking these questions…

What are you ready to move towards? 

What are you letting go of? 

What belief system do you need to have to propel you to move towards your commitment to yourself?

What would it take to release this belief?

How will it feel to have no resistance at all to who you want to be in all of your wildness?

Reflect on the things that light you up about this and why. What permission is opening in you reading this?

There she is. . . The “too much” woman.

The one who loves too hard, feels too deeply, asks too often, desires too much.

There she is taking up too much space, with her laughter, her curves, her honesty, her sexuality.

Her presence is as tall as a tree, as wide as a mountain.

Her energy occupies every crevice of the room.

Too much space she takes.

There she is causing a ruckus with her persistent wanting, too much wanting.

She desires a lot, wants everything—too much happiness, too much alone time, too much pleasure.

She’ll go through brimstone, murky river, and hellfire to get it.

She’ll risk all to quell the longings of her heart and body.

This makes her dangerous.

She is dangerous.

And there she goes, that “too much” woman, making people think too much, feel too much, swoon too much.

She with her authentic prose and a self-assuredness in the way she carries herself.

She with her belly laughs and her insatiable appetite and her proneness to fiery passion.

All eyes on her, thinking she’s hot shit.

Oh, that “too much” woman. . . too loud, too vibrant, too honest, too emotional, too smart, too intense, too pretty, too difficult, too sensitive, too wild, too intimidating, too successful, too fat, too strong, too political, too joyous, too needy—too much.

She should simmer down a bit, be taken down a couple notches.

Someone should put her back in a more respectable place.

Someone should tell her.

Here I am. . . the Too Much Woman, with my too-tender heart and my too-much emotions.

A hedonist, feminist, pleasure seeker, empath.

I want a lot—justice, sincerity, spaciousness, ease, intimacy, actualization, respect, to be seen, to be understood, your undivided attention, and all of your promises to be kept.

I’ve been called high maintenance because I want what I want and intimidating because of the space I occupy.

I’ve been called selfish because I am self-loving.

I’ve been called a witch because I know how to heal myself.

And still. . . I rise.

Still, I want and feel and ask and risk and take up space. I must.

Us Too Much Women have been facing extermination for centuries—we are so afraid of her, terrified of her big presence, of the way she commands respect and wields the truth of her feelings.

We’ve been trying to stifle the Too Much Woman for ions—in our sisters, in our wives, in our daughters.

And even now, even today, we shame the Too Much Woman for her bigness, for her wanting, for her passionate nature.

And still. . . she thrives.

In my own world and before my very eyes, I am witnessing the reclamation and rising up of the Too Much Woman.

That Too Much Woman is also known to some as Wild Woman or the Divine Feminine.

In any case, she is me, she is you, and she is loving that she’s finally, finally getting some airtime.

If you’ve ever been called “too much,” or “overly emotional,” or “bitchy,” or “stuck up,” you are likely a Too Much Woman. And if you are. . . I implore you to embrace all that you are—all of your depth, all of your vastness; to not hold yourself in, and to never abandon yourself, your bigness, your radiance.

Forget everything you’ve heard—your too much-ness is a gift; oh yes, one that can heal, incite, liberate, and cut straight to the heart of things.

Do not be afraid of this gift, and let no one shy you away from it. Your too much-ness is Magic, is Medicine. It can change the world.

Don’t believe me? Pisces ~ Tap into the Oracle Within!!

Pisces season begins February 19 beloveds! This means we are being invited into the waters of intuition and womb wisdom. In the medicine woman tarot, the card that rules Pisces is ‘The Grandmothers’ & is ruled by the Moon. Granny!!!!! Granny Moon!

Grandmother moon governs the tides of intuition, emotion, the subconscious mind & feminine cycles. Which means this is the month that we jump into the drivers seat of our life and start driving baby!   When pisces season comes around we are being moved us as a collective to new awarenesses through the subconscious mind.   Tapping into the subconscious mind & being in the drivers seat of our thoughts is the key to creating our life rather than feeling like life is happening to us.

 

All that ever was, will be, or is now is contained within my mind

Pisces season teaches us the immense power that lies within our bodies to create the world that manifests before us.  Learning how to have conversations with ourselves & truly listen to the 'still small voice within' is key to truly knowing oneself. To truly know oneself, and be able to choose ones internal conversation is the difference between ‘life happening to us’ and ‘being an active participant in life by choice’.

Place your hands on your heart or your womb for a moment as you read these words. Within your body you hold all of the answers to all of the questions you need answering right now. Take a breath and invite the knowledge of the entire universe that resides within to make itself known. Follow your breath and watch it light up pockets of awareness. Thoughts, feelings, images, sounds, songs, these are all the subconscious mind providing clues that open the doorway to deep contentment. 

As we calm our minds, learning how to redirect our thoughts with mastery, merging intention and action, choice and free will, we begin to create an environment where our inner answers can become tangibly herd.  The doorway to the entire cosmos opens up within us and we become the magic of life itself.

Our creative energy is so powerful that it has to go somewhere.  If we are not utilizing our gifts, talents & making choices that really direct the stream of our creative energy into the world our body will create excess.  This could be in the form of extra body weight, sickness, discomfort, or perhaps an actual human (baby).

When we begin to truly realize how powerful we are to create our world with our thought life, we have unlocked the keys to manifestation & opened the doorway to a creative, free flowing, purpose filled life. 

"My body incorporates my wisdom, love & action and expresses in grace".

Check this little spin on words: imagination - image in. What we image in takes creative energy and turns it into form.  As we imagine, meditate on and reflect, new knowledge is entering our entire body, our cells & our entire experience therein.  Our mental narratives literally become our physical organism (body).

So be radicle! Take up your warrior woman sword & cut away the thoughts & ways of thinking that keep you in limitation.  Make the time to meditate observe and reflect, to ask key questions that will help you identify the prison you may have put yourself inside.  The door is open, the keys are in your hand, perception is the power that sets us free.  (If you are needing assistance with this book a feminine mentoring session)

Our personality has its own desires, as well as the structures & societies ideas about the A-Z steps to success.  Many of us have been educated to by pass the body & just push on like a good kid!!! Creative energy flowing towards that which you want to produce. Tap a powerful core & use it.

Middle Ages? Renaissance? The Fairy Kingdom?  Ancient Cultures? Modern Funk?  The Bohemian Dream?  Biz King/ Queen Chick?  Nomad Gypsy God/dess? Go there with your thoughts, allow fantasy to take you there, let your inner being become aroused to remember all that is available in this infinite universe of possibility.

7.  LOOK HIGH

To the Gods/Goddess's that you are drawn to, that evoke the qualities that you are drawing into your life.  Know that all of these universal blue prints are within you as well, tapping into your inner wisdom means tapping into the infinite well of consciousness that is available to you.

8.  ACT

On the impulses that come that put you closer to your goal.  Action through your body is the final processor of your creative mind.  Doing is the birthing experience.

9.  CELEBRATE

The creation is real, the idea has become flesh, our Spirit is embodied.  Relax and Enjoy!!!

Aquarius ~ Ancient Wisdom Keepers in the Modern World

Beloved family, we enter Aquarius season and the realms of ancient wisdom, where we remember that we are one aspect of a much bigger picture at play. Aquarius holds the cup holding the big picture vision and pours the prayers of our star family through the highways of the sun and the moon to meet us here now. Light is information, guiding us home, lighting up our hearts, our minds, our wombs to connect with our soul purpose and what we uniquely came here to Earth to contribute to her evolution.

We have had a massive year! Aquarius is the 11th sign in the silver wheel of the astrological year. As we have made our way around the wheel in 2019 and enter 2020, we are invited to celebrate the old patterns and 3D illusions we have shaken loose.

Celebrate the warrior within you who has been courageous and broken your own heart to say yes to something so much more aligned with your soul. Celebrate the things that don’t work anymore, you are closer than ever before to deeply connect to your souls ‘YEESSSSSS’ …

Some people call this purpose, but I just like calling it my souls ‘yes’, its important to not get too caught up in the ego’s need to identify itself and attach to a purpose. Your purpose is to live in alignment with your YESSSSSSSSSS. If its a no, or a maybe, then its a not right now, or a not ever.

So here we are, finding the sweet spot with our yes, the source of our cosmic nourishment where we find that we are aligned with magick and life opens like a flower. Doors begin to open TO us, rather than us smashing them down with a crane from the stone ages. We are in direct union with the sweet spot of wisdom within because we are following our yes, living our purpose and saying no thank you to that which sucks our soul dry/suppressed or oppresses us. And my honey’s this sweet spot is a life that is tapped in, turned on, pleasure-filled and full of freedom. Freedom is an inside job! Goodby abandonment of self to serve another! Goodbye martyrdom, goodbye victim story, Hellooooooooo freedom, you taste so sweet!

A new hope wells within when Aquarius season comes around, we have done so much work and been super courageous to allow the universe to tidy up that which is not supporting our soul’s growth. We have a direct line of communication flowing to the ancestral energy. To our spiritual inheritance. Renewed health and vitality begin to land in our body as a result of the enquiry and reflection we have committed to over the months past. And our source of cosmic nourishment is the receptivity of this beautiful body temple we live in, our open heart and our souls, yes to not allow the shitty aspects of humanness to cock block it’s the fullest expression.

YOU beautiful human, have a unique way of walking this earth. YOU have gifts that only you can share in the way you do. YOU have a unique way of interpreting the information filtering through your mind, heart and womb in the form of light. The way that expresses itself THROUGH you, IS your gift, this IS your purpose. Saying yes to wanting what you want, sharing what you want to share, the way you want to, honey that’s your birthright!!!

Each generation hands the previous generation a gift, each mentor transmits his/her wisdom on to the mentee, we are constantly receiving wisdom all of the time. Are you listening? It is our destiny to follow our yes, to listen and to take the gifts handed to us from our ancestors & carry on from there. Each generation has contributed something of value to continue forthwith. Each generation did the best they could with what they have.

Our beloved sisters, and my beloved mentor Jilly Collings, the forerunners in the feminist movement, oh they fought hard!!!!! And we still have work to do, the feminine wound on the planet in all beings is needing our attention. We are better today because of what the men & women fought for yesterday. We have so much to be grateful for even in a world that right now is being exposed for its injustice (thank you Capricorn!)

So when Aquarius season comes, she breathes her Uranian energy into our hearts and she say’s ‘REMEMBER’. Remember who you are, you are a child of the sun, the moon, the stars and the sky, you are here for a moment to serve Gaia in her ascension process, you are here to protect, honour and listen to your Earth Mother.

We drink from the waters of the earth, in the presence of Aquarius, we drink from the heavens as well. It is time to take your highest vision and bring it into reality. YOU, you have a foot in both worlds. YOU are here for a reason. We dear family are the ones who can raise the consciousness of human beings once again to a level of hope. We do it in our immediate circles. We do it in our everyday decision to not feed drama, but to connect to our Yes and be the change that the world needs. To breath life into death and light into dark places. We keepers of the way of the womb, are the ones who walk in beauty within the created world.

Take a moment to feel the beauty of your bare soul. The you inside of your body that is infinite. You are connected to all of life, through your breath, through your yes. All of life is waiting for you to lean in and allow the magick and support available to flow through you… Through your breath, through your yes… And as you continue to say yes, your soul will share, and the wisdom you now receive will be handed to the next generation and life is unfolding as it should.

Here are some questions to ponder/journal

Do you know the struggles of your ancestors? Are they of value to you now? Are they serving you or limiting you?

Do you know the gifts, wisdom and spiritual knowledge of your ancestors? What would it take to receive the gifts in your bloodline from the benevolent ones today

Are you aware of the ancestors of the land you are walking on? Are you communing with the rock tribe, the trees, the animals?

Are you familiar with the spiritual practises and beliefs of the indigenous of your land pre-colonization? Acknowledge the ancestors of your land now, acknowledge there was a tribe who once lived there who know how to take care of that land in a way you may not with your current scope of information.

Are you familiar with the spiritual practices of your blood family tribe? Perhaps you are Celtic like me, or African, or North American, or Australian, or Asian, or many many colours make up the tapestry of beautiful you. So much wisdom, so much waiting to be claimed and remembered. Its time beloveds, to realign.

Right now you could be having some massive resistance to time, managing time could be your biggest challenge, you could be freaking out that time is running out. OMG it’s relentless!!!’ Alluring us into beliefs that keep us separated from freedom & our big phat fuck yes to what REALLY makes our soul sing. In the medicine woman tarot the card for the Devil is the Trickster, Caroline Bridges talks about how the devil spelt backwards is LIVED. When we consider the illusion of time, and the belief that we are bound to a God that judges us if we do the wrong thing here we can see that aint livin!!! (insert bcf ad here)

What does it mean to truly live when we are not being tricked by fear?

To truly live is to do whatever we want to do when there is no monkey on our shoulder saying ‘you should yayayyayayayyaayaaa, cracking a whip and squeezing the life out of your soul’… To live is to remember that life is unfolding on its own, that we cannot manipulate, or manage time, and that what is meant for us will remain in our lives or fall away.

Fear does not exist in the present.

Right now, connect to your breath, focus on the light coming through the screen, or the light in the trees, now on the light in your heart (even if it feels dull). Welcome to the present moment, where fear does not reside without the stories of the mind stealing its peace.

This now moment is so rich in possibility, it is connected to the essence of life itself, this moment is pure magic.

The more that we can commit to just be here and now, the more illusion & fear shatters in the light of awareness.

When the moon is in her dark phase, in Capricorn, she’s at the end of a cycle. Which means a cycle in your life is also completing. The illusions may be running and running and running stories and stories and stories about missing out, or not being enough, or something he or she did or didn’t do and why, or why you are not lovable or why you should or shouldn’t have done this or that, or how your gonna make the money to buy the land to fuck off out of this society that makes less sense today than ever before.

Heres the thing…. It’s all happening, cycle after cycle after cycle…. YOU are the change that needs to happen within it. The only way to fuck structures that don’t serve in the face is to break the illusion by being present and here now.

Heres a cool story about the devil: A dude passed away and he was on his way up to the pearly gates, he came across the devil who had innocent people in chains. He started going off at the Devil ‘how dare you? these ppl are nearly at the gates of heaven!’ yadaaayadaaaydaddaaaaa. The Devil stirred him up for a while and got old mate really fired up. Then he laughed and said, “look again mate”. Old mate looks at the chains on the innocent and realized that the chains were not locked, they were free. At any given moment in time, they could have taken those chains off and just walked up the steps to the pearly gates.

Often that which binds us is the way we perceive information through the filter of the mind and our belief systems. Yet we are only bound by that which we are identified with as true. What would it take to free ourselves???

On the dark moon we are called to free ourselves of structure & to rest. To actually stop. To let go of structure and the contraction of needing to do do do, survive survive survive. No magickal weavings, no intention settings, no letting go ceremonies, no striving. Just stop. Be present. Feel the lull of the tide before the new cycle begins and reflect on the lessons learnt. Perhaps you learnt something new this month. Perhaps the very thing that you thought was binding you is your doorway to freedom????

Healing The Feminine Wound

As I write these posts I imagine us sitting and having a cup of tea together, chatting about things that Great Spirit is putting on my heart to chat about.  Sharing about whats happening in the cycles of life; astrological weather, relationship cycles, menstrual cycle wisdom, tarot readings,  sacred sexuality and real life subjects that we all struggle with as women.  

I've been feeling a little lost in 'business' land, as in not resonating with being identified as a 'business woman' or a 'priestess' or a 'goddess'. Sometimes the world of 'business and striving to create something' just doesn't feel authentic for me, the rebel in me is like 'who says I have to create an empire to keep up with the joneses to tick the boxes that i'm supposed to tick to prove that i'm a worthy human to walk the earth???  Fuck that!!!! 

The reason I do what I do is so much more than that, money and fame do not motivate me.  But making a difference does.  Creating community and culture that creates change does!  

Most mornings I wake up and ask myself how we are going to rise up out of the mess that colonisation & the patriarchal way of doing life has created in our society and on our beautiful planet.  Every where I look what I call 'the feminine wound' is staring me in the face.  Don't get me wrong I still choose the stream of magick, kindness and adventure that simultaneously resides next to the shitty things, but I'm not a blind idiot floating on a cloud of rainbows either.  Lets have a moment of honesty & real talk.  

The feminine aspect has been disrespected, suppressed, raped and pillaged & the result is the feminine wound.  Women were stripped of their rights to rule over our wombs in the dark ages and the result is that a very large portion of the world is grossly misinformed and knows next to nothing about what feminine energy is even about.  

Our brothers, fathers, lovers, sons, cousins, friends also hold the feminine wound, which is evident in relationship dynamics we see playing out in society today.  Familia trauma loops, that are a self perpetuating cycle until someone seeks to be the difference and make the change.  

As a one world family we have been displaced from our tribal lineages and the way our ancestors gathered.  We are dire need of community, places to gather and share the load.​  In a world where a masculine god is lorded and trauma has been created in his name.   In the meantime, what is not spoken is that this masculine god loves to walk alongside his femine counterpart and is not complete without her.   And here begins the healing.  The rise of the sacred feminine & the return of ancient feminine mysteries.

When we reconnect to the absolute magick and power that resides in our womb, and our sacred sexuality, we begin to heal.  When we are informed to know what these bodies are made of and no longer see them as a curse or a burden we heal.  I yearn to see a whole tribe of women step into their sovereignty world wide and take back what has been stolen, suppressed and troden on.  I yearn to see men & women informed, with adequate sexual and menstrual education that is both practical and spiritual.  

Because I know that this is the most powerful form of activism there is.  Everything we do to ourselves, we do to Mother Earth,  our body comes from her, and when we leave this body and start our next journey, this body will return to her.  Have you ever thought about how powerful that is?  

Every healing, every consciousness shift, every orgasm, every moment of reclaiming sovereignty, every time we dance on her beautiful body and reclaim our wildness, every time we overcome a feeling of being down trodden, we are healing her too.  When we take back what has been stolen and heal the feminine wound our relationships sky rocket, we heal old trauma's in the family line, we rise up out of old repetitive habits and as a result our communities strengthen. ​THIS gives me fire in my belly, this is why I do what I do, and why I share what I share.   

I know I'm here on this planet to hold space for these wounds to heal, and for us to rise up out of the ashes created by the patriachy for the last 2,500 years (ish) .  I started the mystery school because there were so many sisters around me struggling to show up, needing more support than I could personally give them, sisters yearning for breakthrough, yet feeling so alone in the journey.  These offerings, mentoring and circles are to provide a place of support and nourishment for those who are ready to say yes to connecting and reconnecting with the stream of vitality that flows through our bodies!   The stream of SHE, is the answer, and your womb is the key beautiful woman.  SHE is juicy, powerful, fluid and her birthrite is freedom.  ​​

How to be involved in the global uprising and healing of the feminine wound:

*  Every day when you wake put your hand on your heart, your hand on your pussy and say "Good Morning"

What you are doing here is acknowledging that you are woman, that your yoni (pussy) is the gatekeeper to the temple of your body.  That no matter what you have been told about your beautiful pussy she is perfect.

*  Place your hands on your womb and say "My womb is not a place of fear and pain, my womb is a place of creativity and giving birth to life"

Yes lovely, we are not all meant to give birth to children.  And even if you don't have a womb, you still have the cosmic womb within you, claim that space of creativity within you, say yes to life that streams through you.  You are a place that creates life and all that ripples out from you can create life also. (Activism yo!)

*  Say no to others to say yes to yourself

If its not a fuck yes, its a no.  Sometimes we are empowering others when we say no and we don't do it for them.   Trust that what feels kind and light in your body is going to provide what your family and friends need to.  You are a part of god, but so is everyone and the person your burning yourself out to help might just walk out the door and make a new friend who can provide a new prospective.  Say yes to you lovely, this is the beginning of taking back your sovereign domain.

*  Take back your sovereignty

A sovereign country is a country that is under its own rule.  Take back the rule of your body.  Are you allowing other people and society to push you around?  Are you being driven by fear? 

* Map your cycle

Mapping your cycle is the most powerful thing you can do to be a self monitoring human.  Hormone fluctuations play a massive role in emotional well being, when you know that your estrogen is at its lowest, you know that over reacting is a thing.  PMS can be sooooo soooo emotionally, mentally and physically taxing, and then we bleed on top of that.  Get the help you need, I'm here lovelies xx

Create a sacred space in your life for being intentional, watch the cycles of the moon, your body, the sun, the astrological weather and live with the rhythm of nature as much as you can.  You can do this even if your in a big city!!

Capricorn...

Capricorn marks the time of the year that we celebrate the light! The Sun is beaming His powerful rays in the southern hemisphere as we celebrate the longest days of the year & we celebrate the emergence out of the darkest days towards the light in the northern hemisphere… 

Capricorn LOVEs to look for new hope to inspire us to continue on our mission to climb the mountain (Capricorn is the sign of the mountain goat).  The drive to reach the top is inspired by the compelling urge to succeed in life and provide a solid foundation for the future… These are all aspects of the element of earth; stable, foundational, focused, two feet on the ground, driven by the question "what am I doing today to be proactive towards tomorrows future?”… 

This drive can be out of balance so I want to encourage you, to stop for a moment and enjoy the view from where you are on the mountain of your life right now… Take in the sights, reflect on the journey that has brought you to this point and give yourself a pat on the back! Well done you!

This beautiful influence of determination to succeed provides an opportunity to get all of our affairs in order so that we can start the next year from a place of focused intention… Strength of will, combined with the intense love that capricorn invokes is foundational for living an effective life… Take a moment to reflect on how you are channelling your strength of will.  Are you using your will to self care and make small choices in the direction of your dreams? The good news is that these patterns that are hidden in our unconscious that keep showing up in similar situations with different faces or circumstances is the wisdom of your soul urging you forward... It's the mountain goat inviting you onto higher ground... During this time of capricorn, take a good look at the stories you are telling yourself... Invite your Subconscious mind to shine a light on everything that is hidden in the unconscious and have the courage to climb the mountain of your life to greener pastures... These old patterns have the opportunity to be transformed in the light of the wisdom you have hidden within you... Within you is a well of knowledge and wisdom so rich and so ancient! You are more than capable of transforming these old patterns into new ones... So as you reflect on where you are on the mountain right now, take stock of your life... Write a new story, the story that serves your soul and do not listen to the trickster in your mind who wants to keep the old stories alive...  Letting go of an old pattern or belief that has kept you going involves a mini ego death, which is important as we lay the foundatiions for what we want to build on... A letting go...  It's likened to the asana we practice at the end of every yoga practice...  Savasana ... When I watched my dad take his last breath it was the most beautiful experience, all of the struggle ended there.  He returned to his Highest and purest form, it was like he had done all of the work, he had prepared himself and then his body went into Savasana… This is the point of new beginnings… Its the end of a phase, the beginning of a new one… This is our time, while we are in Capricorn, to allow the endings and the new beginnings to settle in… To really take in the foundations that have been laid already, to prepare to build upon the rock of these foundations in the year to come… The lessons you have learnt have given you skills to use as you approach the coming seasons with mastery.  You have an inner treasure chest of tools to use as you weave the sacred mandala of your life… 

We have just come out of Sagittarius, who takes us into the I KNOW, helps us realise our universal intelligence, opens us up to Higher learning, skills and knowledge.  How perfect is this cycle of nature?  Now we can take these lessons from Saggi and actualise them with the earthiness of beautiful Capricorn…

My question for you is, where are you on the mountain of your life? And what reaction are you having to it? Are you stuck and bellowing, complaining that you are where you are?  Are you climbing and climbing never looking around to see where you are and enjoying the view? Are you taking your time?  Perhaps looking back in nostalgia not even aware that if you look around from where you stand now you will see that your life is opening up to the experiences you have been asking for, creating from the womb of your desire… ?  The reaction you engage in in the here and now will be your point of attraction for the days and weeks to come. So step out of reaction & into the response that will bear the fruit you want to harvest, even if it is no response its better that reaction… 

So beloved family of sacred rebels, spiritual gangsters, visionaries, gypsy’s, dreamers, renegade’s, healers and rappers (I like to pretend I’m a rapper sometimes, its fun!) Now is the time to reflect on the lightness of life as the Sun moves with His glorious awareness through the lens of capricorn… As Grandmother Moon aligns with Capricorn on the new moon in December and shines her awareness on that which has been hidden in our subconscious & unconscious minds… Know that we are so supported by our universal Grandmother, and Father, they provide the circumstances for us to clear the slate, tie up our camels, give them a feed and then ride those fuckers into the sunset heheee!  We take stock of our life through rest, replenishment, acts of self care that lift our vibration up and realign us with the frequency of love… Capricorn is devoted, and deeply loving… Receive the love that is around you, it is everywhere, in the song of the birds, the sunset and the sunrise, the mountains and the oceans, the flowers and the food, in the eyes of strangers and friends… Take time out, journal & honour where you are now… You are exactly where you are meant to be, no matter how painful that may be right now, you will rise out of the ashes like a phoenix … 

This is a time of replenishment, of hope for the days to come, of nurturing in the present moment & for enjoying the view from where you are on the mountain of life… Celebrate our triumphs and your disasters, its a beautiful messy masterpiece this life… Capricorn gives us the strength to step into mastery and take these lessons learn, turning them into a golden tapestry of art…

Dark Moon Scorpio 2019

Here we are at the end of Scorpio season.  It has been one hell of a ride! Scorpio, paired with Mercury retrograde, paired with Uranus in Taurus has been quite the combo and let’s face it, its been a big stretch in consciousness !!!  

Uranus doesn’t like being brought down to earth, when the planet of big vision joins forces with Taurus he shakes shit up!!!  As we can see right now in the current state of affairs on earth.  It’s like he comes to visit the 3D and say’s “hell no this is not the big vision!!!”  Accidents and tragedy follow to reconnect us with the big vision of what is really important to us, to help us to be ‘less attached’ to our humanness and the limitations therein… He say’s ‘why are you doing this to yourself?’ ‘Your not that, your an infinite being!!!’  ‘We are one you mob of idiots, wake up, stop sleepwalking!!!’  ‘You guys have forgotten what this is all about, your not defined by all of these material things and these relationships you are clinging to’.    Sometimes, the shakeup needs to happen in rather intense ways for us to listen, unfortunately.

Recently we explored the story of Inanna, and the layers of her identity being stripped away as she entered the underworld to meet with her shadow counterpart Erishkagal.  Scorpio comes to bless us with death, death to identity and attachment.  Death to that which binds us and keeps our wings clipped.

As the moon wanes and we approach the transition from Scorpio to Saggi, we are in the final moments of ‘let go’ … Where we reflect upon what has been brought to light this month. The coming weeks with the waning moon we can lay to rest the identities & relationships we have clung to that have been suffocating us.  Preparing to be buried on the dark moon in preparations for a whole new cycle when La Luna enters her new lunation.

Libra ~ Creating balance and harmony in your inner and outer worlds

When Grandmother Moon Aligns with Father Sun in Libra they are uniting in their quest to bring awareness to what needs to be brought into balance in our lives. We are being invited to experience balance & harmony in our relationship with all aspects of our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual life.

Libra is an air sign, which is the element of the mental body, of inspiration, expansion, the big picture (meaning all of the options/angles are taken into account in the presence of air).  The scales of balance (libra) and the element of air bring us creative solutions to inner/outer quandaries… If we can zoom out and look at things from all points of view, by putting ourselves in the others shoes, then we can find solutions to problems with the objective and co operative approach that is inspired by the element of air.  We  are then able to respond to situations with intelligence & reason rather than habit and reactivity. Through this practice of compassion  balance and harmony becomes our refuge and we are able to transform difficulties and challenges for the sake of the big picture, which of course when in libra, is balance and harmony.  

This is great new right?! After spending our previous month in the energy of virgo, which can often be very perfectionistic and nitpick (especially towards ourselves), we now have the opportunity to expand our vision to encompass a more social, global, community mindset.  This starts by balancing our inner and outer worlds of physical/practical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  If every person on the planet took responsibility for their own balance our world will be a conscious balanced and healthy place to live~! Yeah! Lets weave this dream…

Starting with me and you… I have prepared a little exercise to help you identify where you are out of balance and create new beginnings!!!

To begin lets identify where we are out of balance…. Perhaps you have been so focused on your relationship with others that you have not been looking after yourself? Maybe you have lost/squashed/suppressed yourself for love to keep your lover? Perhaps its the other way around, you may have been so focused on yourself that you are feeling out of touch with the world around you? Have you been so focused on your goals & problem solving that you have neglected your self care? Is your work life ruling you?  Are you obsessed with your looks and the way the world see’s you?

Take a moment, grab yourself a pen and paper or even better your journal… Write down 4 categories

 

Physical/Practical

This includes work, commitments, practical responsibilities, fitness, health, routine, career, finance, sex life

Mental

This includes your thought life, your focus, are you conscious/unconscious? Are you anxious? Depressed? Maybe you need to meditate more, or see a hypnotherapist to learn how to work with your mind

Emotional

This includes your heart, your feelings, are you listening? Are you living in fear of what you are feeling?  Are you reliving old stories that need to be healed? Are you holding your heart closed to your beloved? Are you too busy to allow yourself to feel your emotions? Are you reactive/responsive? Suppressing/resisting/denying because you feel out of balance?  The temple of your heart is calling you home to an experience of expansion and love, where the presence of true love casts away all fear, where you are safe, and held and loved and nourished.

Spiritual

Are you trying to do everything on your own and forgetting to ask for assistance?  Perhaps you can’t remember the last time you prayed? Maybe your yearning for rituals and ceremony? to bring the sacred into your daily life but don’t know how to? Have you forgotten you are a spiritual being having a human experience? Maybe its time to do a course to re align with this aspect of yourself? Perhaps you are craving the spiritual side of sexuality & play?

Under each heading write down where you are out of balance…. Take your time, maybe make a cup of tea, poor some vino, burn some candles and incense, reconnect with you beautiful one (men are beautiful too btw if you are a man reading this).  See you soon…. 

How did you go?  Did you notice there are some area’s you are out of balance that you may not have considered before giving yourself this time?  Congratulations!! This is the first step in recreating your life,  the way you want it!  Taking the time to actually listen is a rare commodity for most of us! Until Libra comes along! YaaaHooo!

Just a note to be aware of: So many of us argue with ourselves when we listen, we make compromises and tell ourselves that we should or shouldn’t do that/want that/need that.  I encourage you to acknowledge what ever is coming up for you, uncensored!  Just because you write it down doesn’t mean you have to act on it yet… Just listen lovely one…  When you can accept your inner world, the way you are right now, your life will begin to feel lighter and more expansive.  

Now I want to have a little check in with you…

This is “keep it real spirituality”, if we can’t be honest with ourselves then who can we be honest with?

If you have not been looking after yourself then to put yourself in another’s shoes is clearly what you do naturally, and maybe this is perpetuating your experience of imbalance?  So I encourage you to put yourself in your own shoes, to invite balance into your inner world by changing your focus from outside to inside…. Write yourself a self care plan, or you can download the one I have written here… 

If we have been letting our quest for survival, fame, fortune or accomplishment rule our lives then your probably needing to balance your time better.  Whats the point in the empire with a burnt out body, compromised relationships and no energy?  

During the Libra new moon we have a wide open portal to assist to re write the way we would like to interact with others and ourselves, from a balanced prospective.  How would you like to experience your life?

Take some time to write yourself a new contract, get clear about your new way of interacting with life, yourself, others, work, hobbies, sex, adventure, service, receiving… Lets bring the balance to our giving and receiving, our serving and being served, loving and being loved… To complete this ritual, again write down the 4 categories (or you can choose categories of your own)… Re write your contract… What you do now, will manifest in 6 months time, when we are in Aries new moon you can look back on this list and see how much you have grown… 

This month lets the light of awareness be our guiding hand to assist us to zoom out of our current situation, to see the big picture and to take the appropriate actions by taking responsibility for our domain… Balance within, balance without, not the other way around, but both are working harmoniously, we can’t have one without the other… Masculine and feminine, yin and yang, left and right, and then that sweet spot in between where we are all beings on a journey…. We become the observer, the master of our experience and we remember that we are the spiritual being having a human experience… Contribute to the expansion of consciousness beloved brothers and sisters starting with you… I love you all so much, go out and have some fun! Hug your lover, high five a stranger, do something out of the norm and be a bloody good kid… The world needs you to shine your unique essence just as you are right now… xxxxx

Northern Kings and Queens!!!

Here we are in the window of the Equinox, equal day and equal night, the descent into shorter days and shorter nights. Preparing for the winter & the reflections is brings, the gifts we glean in the womb of winters dreaming is such a big part of the feminine journey. Often it’s not a pretty process, our internal metaphorical winters are often brutal with the intent of stipping us of habits, people, beliefs that do not serve our higher life path and growth.

brings  Mabon, the 2nd harvest celebration!!! Tonight is the time when we gather to celebrate what we have created, both on a personal level and a physical level. We give thanks to the earth, the sun, the moon, the stars and the sky for the bounty and the gifts that have been offered in this solar cycle.

Perhaps you have come out of the eclipse season absolutely reborn? Give thanks for that! Perhaps you have grown the best herb garden you have ever grown? Or ended a relationship that wasn't serving you? Or had the courage to start that business.. No matter how far or near you are from your goal, tonight give thanks for what has been realized (real eyes'd) this year so far..

Leo ~ Unifying Mind and Heart

When the lioness comes knocking in the Leo season she is leading us to harmony and balance through the inner well of strength.  She comes with her wild eye’s, inviting, invoking, infusing us, with the courage we need to approach our lives with wild abandon.  She breathes permission to consciously step into the realms of giving less fucks so that we can truly and deeply live our truth.. Yes family, the lioness has got our back!!

What are your hearts true desires?  Are you living them right now?  Or are you swimming in a sea of ‘should do’s, have to’s and want to’s?’

“Strength is the Quality which is present in me when my mind and heart are working in the same direction”

Often anxiety arises because our mind and our heart are at war.   The heart is saying ‘I’m not happy in this situation’, and the mind is making deals, often for survival or security.  They are incongruent, and because they are not aligned with each other, life has become wayyyy more complicated and confusing! You feelin me?

So how does one begin to bring in these hearts desires and align them together so they become one beautiful painting on the canvas of life? 

First, we need to get our mind and heart working in the same direction.  We need to strengthen the muscle of discernment to identify which desires are not in alignment with our soul's purpose.  Some desires may be a ‘not right now thing’ so they can be put on the 10-year goals list while you gather the recourses and tools to strengthen your right now purpose filled action list.  

Know that, no matter how it may seem right now, your talents and abilities, your heartfelt soul longings & your soul needs CAN work together for your highest good!  The key is our creative imagination, if you can image it in, rearranging it until it fits, you can totally create it and make it a reality.

You're a bloody magician!!

You, my friend, are the weaver of worlds, you do it every day as you think, as you daydream, as you speak.  Our right now moment, was created from yesterdays persistent thoughts, daydreams, words and actions. 

No matter how shitty it may seem right now, you can re create it!

This is where the lioness comes in, how are you using your conscious mind, to reconstruct your reality? 

Call in the courage of the lion/lioness to be fierce about living YOUR best life.  You didn’t come here to this big blue watery mass of excellence we call earth to live your life in should’s, have to’s and what if’s.  You came here to take your soul on the ride it signed up for so let's go family!! It's freedom time!

In the medicine woman tarot, the strength card is the ‘healing’ card.  Perhaps right now you know you need to make some massive changes.  Maybe they require looking at some deep emotional stuff that is not easy to look at.  Perhaps your life is on a loop, & you're dizzy as all get out from the spiral.  Now is the time to call on the lion/lioness of strength to come and help you heal.

When we stand in front of our fears, with the wild abandon of a lioness protecting her cubs, we tame the beast.  The beast is the mind that is in a story, stuck in a loop, keeping us bound to limiting concept of self or other.  But here’s a new story, and the moral to it is that when we stand with strength and tame the thoughts, feelings & desires that are not congruent with our purpose we have tamed the beast.  The beast then becomes a friend and now we can walk forward knowing we have stepped out of control/contraction/fear and into mastery which is freedom & healing. Freedom and healing do not come by creating fear walls to keep the boogie man out.  Freedom comes by tweaking our perspective, turning our fears/pains into our friend. 

When we do this we gain dominion of the kingdom within.  We begin to live from our deepest ‘Yes’.  We begin to weave our desires and paint them on the canvas of our life like Lionardo Devinchi!   The good news is that your not Leonardo, your YOU, there is not two of you, no one else can be you and without you this fractal we call the universe is not complete.  What is your purpose, to be you, to give .less fucks, to be brave and live your deepest desires while being kind to all other beings.  Be courageous, connect to the earth, live from your heart and absolutely you will find the healing that is calling your soul in this time of Leo.

Cancer ~ Redefining Success & Taking Rest

“I am a point of synthesis for the Divine Plan which expresses successfully in my life”.

 

Here we meet the halfway point in the wheel of the year. We have toiled the garden of Life and planted the seeds of our desires and dreams in the fertile soil of our hearts and we've taken appropriate actions to make them a reality. Now is the time to rest and reflect in the successes that have sprung forth from our intentions.

One’s power to will is the momentum that drives our successes… Desire takes charge of one’s life and willpower kicks in to make dream Reality.  Essentially, willpower is the chariot that is driven by mental discipline and directive.  The card for this month is the 'Chariot' card in traditional Tarot, in the medicine woman Tarot it is 'The Warrior'.  In this post we are going to explore the wisdom offered in the tarot to help us better understand how to walk consciously through personal and collective growth while Sun is in Cancer.

Within your personality are unique aspirations, needs, dreams, skills and ways of being. These unique expressions of who you are also serve as a mirror and reflection of Supreme Creator manifesting Itself through you.

There is a Great Cosmic Plan in motion right now of which we are all participants!

Coming back to the picture of this now moment.  This year, as the wheel of the year kicked over, we set our wishes, dreams and goals.  At each turn and crossroad we have sought guidance from within about the next appropriate action to take.  It has taken great courage and discipline and now is the time to rest…

Rest in the glow of a job well done.

Which brings me to the question: “What is success, for you?”

For me personally, success is living in harmony with the seasons, having beautiful friends and family to share life with and enjoying life’s simplicity without getting caught up in social projections about what I “should” be doing… Success for me personally is taking steps to share my gifts and be of service to the Great Shift happening through the planet right now.   P.S (I'm super excited to share my new program 'cycles of success' with you!  Coming soon to Vancouver in August and Australia next year!)

The point of these questions is this; if we have worked diligently, using our arrows of mental discipline to make the changes and show up for our dreams, the wheels will be turning on their own right now... Maybe your focus for success has been to kick a habit in the butt; or change the way you think about a particular situation; or end a relationship; or master your self-care routine; start a business; birth a child… No matter how small or large your intention, you have been a warrior in your own life and no accomplishment, no matter how seemingly small, should go unrecognized or uncelebrated!

Now is the time to acknowledge the ways in which you have used your mind to create the reality now before you. Take this turn of the wheel to reprieve and reflect… To identify the successes and triumphs and give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done! The point of life is not to perpetually keep burning through it to get to a destination (Yeah, we all have big goals that might happen one day, but burn out is the least sexy thing on the planet…)

The point is to walk in self mastery, self care, communion, connection and play along the way; to connect our roots deep into the Earth that we live on; to celebrate and rest and be inspired when inspiration comes!

So here at the midway point in the year, where we celebrate the Winter Solstice in the  South and the Summer Solstice in the North, we find ourselves re at the point of reflection.  I invite your to check in and ask yourself these questions:

  Where in life do I need more balance right now?

 

 Am I giving my power away to others?

 

Am I giving my power away to my past or getting caught up in the past?

 

Am I so focused on my goal that my self care is suffering?

 

Am I using my mind to weave the reality I want to live in tomorrow?

 

Cancer is ruled by the moon, La Luna, the governor of rhythms, the mover of the tides

She rules the subconscious and shows us what is hidden in our darkness. The darkness is only scary when not illuminated. When we turn the light on we become aware of what we are actually dealing with; then we can make appropriate decisions about what to do about it.

The month of cancer is a time to turn inwards, to align with the feminine aspects of life; to replenish, rest, check in and realign. Every month the moon goes through what the sun goes through in a year.

You choose, sacred warrior, how will you use the tool your mind when emotional circumstances come knocking at the door of your heart?

 

Cancer is a water sign. Water, respectively, symbolizes emotion and transformation.

Emotion: Energy in motion is perpetuated by the thoughts we think and the words we speak. Every thought and word sends out unseen waves, energy, that builds momentum becoming the emotion and feelings of today, tomorrow and so on and so forth.

What we do with our emotions, how we use them and how we relate to them when in watery cancer is especially important. Gemini, commonly known as the twins in astrological realms is known as the 'ecstacy' card in the medicine woman tarot.   

 

"Lovers Finding their Spirit within, Unite in Ecstacy".

 

Finding ones Spirit within is key to attracting our big love in life.  Wether that big love be an individual, a career, passion, purpose or service to humanity, unity within is the core ingredient to living a life that is both inspired and passionate and grounded and productive. 

So many of us spend our lives investing time and energy in another person/profession/thing (especially people!).  We pour our devotion, time, patience, money, adoration and make deals with ourselves about their behaviour.  Often thinking 'he/she just need more time, skills, love, to heal, to overcome their addiction, to let go, etc' the list is endless.  OR we spend our time thinking that WE need to change 'I just need to go and get another healing, then it will change my point of attraction. 'I'm just too needy'  'If I could just learn to not blow up when I'm premenstrual we ill be ok'  Sound familiar???

When we are looking to someone or something outside of ourselves for our sense of validation, success, acknowledgement, love, wellbeing we are looking outside of ourselves to find a feeling of completion.  Living in the illusion that the outside world fills the inside void.   

When the sun moves into Gemini, we are being gifted with the opportunity to consciously work with the ways that we are not really showing up for ourselves.  Relationship and self love, are an inside job and this is the gift that Gemini brings.   Woooshing on in through the information rays of our beautiful sun & the element air (Gemini is an air sign) we are gifted with the balancing of opposites.

Duality is the experience of extreme opposites.  Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, Light and Dark, Masculine and Feminine the list goes on and on and on.  Duality becomes a problem when one aspect of reality is at war with the other.  We have the war against evil, the constant struggle between good and bad, right and wrong.  If we are constantly measuring up what is right and what is wrong we are in a state of duality, and of judgement.  We are at war with ourselves and the world around us. 

We are both shadows and light, even if we like to think we are perfect, we are not.  We are perfectly imperfect and the sooner we come to terms with our shadows & our light and embrace both the better off we will be! 

The sun is not at war with the moon, they work harmoniously together.  Positive ions dont judge negative ions as wrong, they generate energy together.  Yin and Yang create a whole.

Gemini invites us to bring into the light the ways that we are living in a state of duality. 

 

We are being ushered into unity. 

Sacred Union Within.

 

We are 50% Divine Spark Mother, 50% Divine Spark Father.  50% Mum's DNA, 50% Dad's.  Within this body of skin, muscle, organs and bone is also an entire matrix woven & loaded with information to assist you in the discovery of your magic and your dance with yourself as Divine.

No matter what body we were born into, or what we predominantly identify with, we are all both masculine and feminine.  What I'm about to share is about your relationship with the masculine and feminine harmonizing and balancing within you.

The Feminine energy is naturally attuned to Spirit.  The Masculine energy is naturally attuned to the Needs of the World.  The feminine is given form through the masculine principal providing a container for her needs to be met.  The masculine is given inspiration & guidance from the feminine in her flow.  As we balance our inspiration & guidance by attuning to the needs of the world we find equilibrium.

When the forces within us unite, through daily practise we no longer see the outside world as a force against us/hinderance or something that needs to be changed in order for us to have a sense of unity and peace of mind.  

We have drawn goodness from both aspects of ourselves.  We have gleaned amazing gifts and recourses from the outside world through all of our experiences both good and bad.  The lessons, the love, the play, the trauma overcome, the skills, the parts of ourselves we fought for that have caused us to have epic personal and spiritual growth.  The outside world has drawn goodness from us by providing a mirror of desire, experience, passion, drive, focus, lust, beauty, pain.  The outer and inner worlds have now become your university and you have a plethora of skills to glean from! 

When we can begin to see how the seemingly opposite forces are working together to create one unit, we can begin to create more space in our daily practise of life to bring into balance both.  Self care encompasses both our physical, emotional and spiritual needs.  Our practise is to both work and play, the think and feel, to be and do.   To be our own lover, to turn our finger from pointing at people or situations outside of ourselves and point it back at ourselves is to be a radically self responsible human, this my friends is really empowering!!! At the end of the day, we come in alone, we leave alone and along the way we find union by seeking first the balance within.  The sooner we turn our attention away from what our lover or the world needs to give/do/be in order for us to be happy & just take our life into our own hands we become a self fullfilling, self pleasuring, intergallactic warrior of all things RAD & we are connected to the Divine essence that we are!  All of the answers you need are there inside of you!

Taurus ~ I am the mediator between my inner and outer worlds

Taurus, Venus & the Peacemaker! 

Taurus is ruled by Venus, which means we are being imbued in all the glory of sensuous delight.  Venus inspires embodiment through sensuality, love, beauty & the 6 senses.  She guides us towards more pleasure filled ventures, showing us how to make self care our first priority.  When venus comes knocking she is inviting us to step into more sovereignty and create our empire with the magnetism of the womb portal.  

Venus guides us to enjoy the sensuous pleasures of life, yet not give our power away.  She shows us how to have a new point of attraction to attract to ourselves the lovers, the jobs, the care, the friends & the open doors that are aligned with the Goddess within us.  We must be listening with radical abandon to allow Venus’s guidance to penetrate our lives, which is the gift we are being offered this month through the PEACEMAKER archetype.

Over the past few months our beloved Sun has been through the signs of Pisces “Grandmothers”, where we took a deep dive with intuition and were shown what is possible when we connect to our infinite self.  During Aries “Command”, we have been immersed in the creative fire of Mars to take actions and put in place the supportive structures so that our intuitive ideals and idea’s have a home to birth from.  Now, as the sun now moves into Taurus “Peacemaker” we are being supported to bring our highest visions into creation by listening to the guiding voice within.

When we learn how to connect with our inner mediator, we are learning how to walk in alignment with the guidance of our inner voice.  Knowing when to speak and when to be silent, when to wait and when to act is an essential ingredient to leading a Spirit lead life.   Our words weave open doors in the realms of creation, opening up energetic threads for the conversation to continue in the energy body long after the conversation in person has completed.  Allow the peacemaker to be your guardian this month and save your battles for the ones worth fighting, energy is precious!! 

When I look back at the most hurtful/unfortunate events in my life, my inner voice was guiding me to stop and take another path.  It was me, willfully choosing to not listen, that got me into the situations that lead to the train wrecks I have created in the past.  Most of the time it was because I was not walking in sexual sovereignty or personal sovereignty.  I had no idea how to be embodied in the midst of anxieties, indecision, desire or the immense sexual drive that has always flowed through my body. 

It is such a journey to learn how to walk in self care!  My self care practice includes regularly wrapping up my inner maiden, loving her softly with compassion for her wild adventures.  She's awesome and rebellious and I love her fiercely!  Now vowing to protect her, by aligning with the voice within, as she guides me forward.  Because I know, that no matter how much courage it takes to trust her, its sooooooo empowering to find safety in her sweet soft, yet fierce guidance.   

Earthy Taurus, brings us assistance to ground in what we have been dreaming into being though inspired actions that make practical what we have been pondering in the mental spiritual realms.  

Our highest visions become creation when we work with Taurus and our inner guidance.

Have you ever herd the saying “You are not being rejected you are being redirected”?  This is what the peacemaker does for us, s/he redirects us, sometimes through tough love. 

At the time it hurts, we want it so badly that we destroy it, attach to it & create stories around it before we observe if it's the best thing for our overall wellbeing.  We have the free will to choose, to walk in awareness or just jump in head first!  There are no wrong answers, and you will not be punished by a big guy in the sky for jumping in head first.   What will happen though, is that you will be redirected at some point to get back on track with your soul path.  

I’ve been watching my sisters raising their children,  the little ones are convinced that there’s nothing wrong with the sugar, the white rice, the box of sugary breakfast cereal.   They are convinced because they don’t know, they don’t know the consequences of what that sugar is going to do to their little brains.  So mumma is the mediator archetype here, tough love say’s “crack a tanty and cry my love, but I am making this choice for you because I love you and I’m protecting you.

Stop for a moment and breathe into this question:

 

How often to we really allow the universe to protect us?

 

Perhaps you are being redirected right now?  Heres an example: He/she isn’t calling, we make up a million stories, think up ways to allure them in,  accidentally showing up in the places you know they will be.  Throwing ourselves in front of the desired one instead of listening to the protection of silence.  Sometimes they are not calling because the universe is protecting us.

 

This leads us to the next key question:

 

How beneficial or non beneficial are the support structures you have put in place for Self actualization?  

What is Self actualization?  The dictionary meaning for actualize is to “make reality of”.  To make real what our higher Self is communicating.  So what does a support structure look like for the Self then?  Great question!  I believe it begins with self care practices, embodiment practices, and practices that connect us with our eternal nature like meditation & prayer.  

The peacemaker will constantly redirect us until we learn how to walk in the level of self care that creates a lifestyle that our most potent expression can be made real through.  It is our choice to engage with what ever we want to engage with.  The peacemaker (taurus) asks that we consider the actions/people/places/belief systems/mindsets/frequencies that we rendevouz with, because all of these things create the container from which we will bring our highest vision into reality.

The peacemaker speaks:  “I have been called the peacemaker, for I understand every side of every dispute and always bring the polarities into balance.  I realize that a suffering person suffers because she has become ready for a new higher level of being.  If you listen, I speak the way.  I am the book of Changes.  I am the Darkness of the Dawn.  I am the movement in the Dance of life.  Look to me for revelation of all things sacred.  These are the Unchanging within the changed.  You will hear me call you on to better things.  As you pass each chance for change, you will know if you have taken the right step.  You will know, for you will feel the presence of the Peacemaker inside yourself.  I am with you.”  

This month we are being guided to engage in practices that embody our amazing spirit and ground us into the playground of life so that we can be, do and share what we came to this beautiful planet to share. 

Start by listening, then take control of your choices by walking in self mastery, put excellent boundaries in place through both word and action.  If the potato is burning your hand, drop it!  You may watch it burn your hand for a while, until you realize that you can drop it, non of the less its in your hand and its your choice to be burnt or drop it and pick up something that is going to deeply nourish your life.  This is self care, this is embodiment.  

We are being guided by Venus the “goddess of sensuality” and the peacemaker the “interface between you and the world”.  We are being guided by Father Sun in his luminous teachings to rise above our habitual patterns of reactivity.  To take a deep dive into the sensuous and the Divine, to reclaim our body as our temple and our own, and to walk in the light of our being.   If your feeling a 'hell yes' to this idea I invite you to feel into joining Melissa and I in our "Sex, Yourself and Your Cycle" online immersion beginning June 6th..  

In closing, it is one thing to have wonderful idea’s (to see the highest vision), fantasies and dreams.  They give us hope and juice to keep doing what we are doing.  These are the seeds of your future health and wealth*.  You have in your garden a sprouting pot of idea’s, the seed is the the highest vision (pisces), the pot and soil is the structure (aries), now you must nurture this creation by taking command of your life, making your dreams a reality through practical steps.  Distribute the harvest of your bounty to where it will do the most good. 

Last month we gleaned from our skill set, this month we are distributing our skills where they can make the most difference in the world.  This is the peacemaker, guiding us into the heart of service for humanity.  The best gift we can offer the world is our true Self to the world.  There is a large portion of the world that is waiting for you.  

Share your gifts with those who are in your niche, your tribe, present your idea’s in a way that is palatable for those who will get you.  There is a lid for every pot my darling, there ARE people out there yearning for what you have to share.  Be authentic, be real, be kind, offer from your WHY, your hearts utterance (if you have no idea where to start, you might be interested in my Cycles of Success one on one coaching Program).  

Peacemaking is a fine art, its not about moulding ourselves into a container that doesn’t suit us.  Its about finding a way to communicate what we are about so that people truly get it.  Sometimes the path of peace is silence, sometimes more is spoken in the space between words.  Fill your cup with the nectar of life by listening for guidance, let the inner voice of guidance be the water that feeds your earthy garden of health and wealth.   Then take the ACTION that is most appropriate and aligned with all of the things that make your heart sing and your inner being feel loved, cherished and nurtured

Aries ~ I am the ruler of my life

On Tuesday 20 March, our glorious Sun moved into Aries, and the we celebrate the equinox, which is the official gateway into the 2018 new solar cycle.  At the equinox we reach the time of equal day and equal night, the entire planet is in balance! How awesome is that?! Sacred union right there bebeeeee!!. The sun and moon are equal in their shine, all over the world.  I would like to invite us all, this year, to enter into sacred union within by walking in balance, through both our masculine and feminine aspects. 

We just spent the month of Pisces connecting with Grandmother wisdom, becoming aware of what our intuition is guiding us towards.  As the Sun is now in Aries and we begin a whole new solar year we are being ushered into ACTION!  Aries (ruled by fiery Mars) is supporting us energetically to set up the structures that will create a container for our dreams to thrive in the physical reality.  The Medicine Woman Tarot Card for this solar month in Aries is the Command Card  (Taking command for the good of all).  

“I now create the structures, through which, all of my gifts shall be actualized.  I am the ruler of my life."

Traditionally the Command Card in Tarot is the Emperor.  The emperor plays the role of implementing structure and form to create an empire that is working seamlessly together. 

He is expressed as “All Father” giving to his children the structure they need in their lives to empower them to become well adjusted, sovereign beings who are well equipped in the world.  A well equipped, intelligent, enthusiastic and conscious leader.

Putting supportive structures in place is how the universe is encouraging us to begin this solar year by allowing conscious leadership & inspired action to be present in our daily regime.  

By taking command of your environment, your body, your temper, your instincts, your love life, you are playing the role of All loving Father, The Emperor of our world.  We are both sacred feminine and sacred masculine, to manifest the dreams that are in our hearts, we need to walk in sacred union within. The emperor is the empress’s consort, he is the mars to her venus, her lover and compliment, civilization to her nature, imposed order to her creativity.   He creates a place that her gifts can be expressed from, a launching pad!!! 

Think about what you learnt from the entire solar year last year, right up to the last new moon.

You have been on quite a journey, read many books, acquired knowledge through your experiences (even the painful ones), you have met people who have changed your life, you have studied what your interested in (even if its the colour and texture of a flower).  A good emperor/chief/creator knows how to take the many abilities, talents and experiences and turn them into an act of service.  Guaranteed, wether you can see it or not, you have something that the world needs, that you can use to bring your dreams into physical form!

Your thoughts and images dictate your reality.  You must take command now.  It is time to make decisions that benefit your whole being and that of the Earth, your dwelling place.  You are the maker of your personal law.   Our experiences create an imprint on our consciousness, what ever meaning we attach to our experiences generates a suggestion to the consciousness that is accepted without reservation.   This is what it means to create our own law.  You define what you see, all day long, without thinking.  Realize then, that you have a choice in your definition, in your response to any situation.  This is your point of power.

“From the exhaustless riches of limitless substance, I draw all things needed both spiritual and material”

Perhaps you have a big dream in your heart, and it invokes a fear in you.  The fear is usually defined by your past experiences in this lifetime or otherwise.  When we re write our reality, and we align with the creator/emporer on the throne of our lives, we are choosing to re write the laws that have been defined in our minds.  Take stock of your limiting beliefs by past by stepping into the knowledge that there are exhaustless riches and limitless substance to draw from in any given moment.  Build your empire upon the laws that you create for yourself from an expanded, infinite universal view point.

We live in a world where we push push push, we have tuned out of what it means to live in flow with life.  Basically it means if a door is not open to us often we obsess and enquire and bang on the door, setting up camp outside the door until it opens.  This is not in the flow, its in resistance which is contraction not expansion.  The doors that are open, are open for a reason, perhaps they lead to the door you want to open opening up?  My point is, the emperor in intelligent leadership uses the force to get more of what the empire needs.  Take advantage of a flow that is already strongly moving in your life.  Do you have a strong current of money, sex, time, energy?  One or all of these or maybe a couple.  Then ask yourself, how can I use what I have flowing in my life now, to create more of what I am manifesting in my life this year?  Work with the flow of live, consider the season you are in (spring or fall), consider location, living situation, the country, planet and the overarching theme that is around you.  Use the elements to dive deeper and generation more of the gifts that are flourishing.

No matter what situation you find yourself in, there are always forces at work, powers already in action.  Find a way to use them for the greater good, to bring better fortune in your tomorrows.  A loss is always a new freedom as well.  A gain is a stepping stone.  The challenge you are given by a life situation is an opportunity to perfect a skill/quality you will be happy to have later as the Great Plan of the unfolding the universe is put before you.  You are a warrior in training.  Never complain about an opportunity to hone your skills.  Go forward from the fullness of your being, harnessing this amazing Mars energy (the god of war) to punch through the layers of your life and take command.  Look for the rainbow when its raining and the sun when its cloudy, all the while keeping it real and being compassionate with yourself.

Look at your deepest needs and desires, in what already happening flow or energy can you place them? 

Stop embracing struggle. 

Take command.
