• Meditation & Lunar Rhythmic Woman Yoga Class; We flow with and explore the 4 Directions, the 4 phases of the Moon and the 4 Archetypal Expressions we will be exploring throughout the day through asana and free flow moment to get in our bodies and connect with the medicine of this land and the gifts in our ancestry.

• Be held safely and seen deeply in the sacred sisterhood sharing circle deepening your inquiry as we progress through the gates of sacred sexuality & sacred menstruation.  From the vagina to the womb.

• Harness the powerful Dark Moon energy as we will be releasing shame around our bodies, our needs, our desires, our menstruation & our sex, taking part in body love practices & a body reclamation moving meditation.
